This place makes my husband's favorite tacos in the area, and I'm inclined to agree with his choice! The Al pastor, lengua, and cachete are all delicious, though I have a hard time distinguishing them. We got 6 tacos for $20. Highlights- The meat portions are generous and juicy- DOUBLE corn tortillas on every taco - fresh cilantro, onions, grilled onions, light lettuce, cheese, smokey red sauce, spicy green sauce, and generous lime wedge for your tacos Personally, the only thing that can make these tacos better are if the corn tortillas are freshly made. But even that is not a big deal! Also note the taco truck is not always open. They were off for at least a few weeks in the summer.

Excellent food and not too expensive. It gets extremely busy at noon during the week so get there before then.

Don't think that only restaurants can offer high-quality meals. This food truck serves delicious food, and my favorite is the asada tacos.

$26 for 8 tacos and 2 waters. Yes! The tacos are hearty, and so flavorful. Comes topped w/ cilantro, lettuce and cheese. Fast and conveniently out of the way of other foot traffic areas. Service is friendly and fast, simple dining, I'll be back regularly.

$21 for all 8 types of tacos. $2.5 for most. $3.5 for the cachete (cheek). All the tacos were quite big. For an adult female, 3 will fill you up completely. For an adult male, 4 will fill you up but since it's so tasty, you can go for 5 before calling it quits. The stomach and cheek tacos were fine. I'm personally a fan of the stomach texture so it was quite good but if you're a more cautious eater, you're not missing out on too much. The flavors of most of the meats are about the same. This place is a no-nonsense genuinely tasty mexican taco truck. I like their generous portion sizes and their salsas are quite good. The red spicy one is especially fiery and their salsa containers have enough sauce to douse all 4 tacos. Highly recommend if you happen to be in the area and want some authentic tacos like those from LA.To find this spot, just drive down Airport Blvd and look to the side. They sometimes change their location to a grassy clearing next to the google maps location.

I stopped by for lunch today. I had a Sope with Al Pastor and two Tacos with Carnitas. Both leaned a bit more on veggies than meat but it worked. The tacos were very good. They lightly fry the tortillas giving them a great texture. The sope was good but not outstanding. The amount of food for $7 was exceptional. I'll go back.

I need to update my dated review. This place is awesome! It has authentic Mexican food! All the tacos are delicious! Only once they put too much fat in my tacos. That only happened once and never again. I like the lengua and asada tacos most! They only open Monday to Saturday, 11 am to 2 pm. The good news is they are opening a restaurant in Cary next week (either August 26th or 27th) and it will open everyday, for both lunch and dinner! Hooray! It will be on 748 east Chatham St, suite K. I will definitely check it out!

The best tacos ever! when i worked close by a few years ago & pre-covid- colleagues and i would regularly visit the truck, pull out some foldable chairs and enjoy our tacos in the parking lot. then job took me away- with covid- started driving from north raleigh to get taco lunch for the family - all working and schooling virtually. the drive it totally worth it- al pastor tacos is our fan favorites! the truck staff are so nice! note: if it is raining strong and steadily- they won't be at the location. get there before the line starts forming!!

Ordered my food. Was told after I ordered they only accept cash. When I came to pick it up after receiving the cash they said they were closed. Both employees waved us away. The grounds are muddy. And uneven. Dangerous conditions for your cars to be stuck as well as your shoes.
