Tannour Mediterranean Grill

This was a wonderful experience for us. We didn't know what to order so we really depended on the server at the ordering counter. The place is clean but the tables are a bit sticky. The dining area is very bright which is nice. The food had a delightful taste and it was a really nice portion of food. I really liked the hot sauce!!

This is off a busy street with limited parking so order ahead or pick up might be a good option if you're not walking . There are a lot of options, there's enough seating for about 30-50 people if needed but not a good amount of parking. There's tables and booths. Seems family owned and one girl was manning the cash register.I got the curry lamb and it come with rice. It's north then enough, I took the rest home and will be using the rest of the curry for another meat . The flavor was good and the potions were perfect and priced well

I hate to give a poor review, especially considering the staff is nice and it seems family run. However, my meal was not good. The chicken shawarma plate had very dry chicken, and the garlic sauce I ordered was not included. The rice was overcooked and dry. I had a scoop of hummus that tasted like it had turned and gone bad. The tabbouleh was fine. I also ordered baba gannoush, which was fine, but they neglected to provide the pita to go with it. In addition, I ordered two falafel, but they only gave me one. When I asked about the second one they apologized and immediately cooked me a new one. However I later realized the original one provided was overcooked and burned. Any one of these things could be overlooked (except the spoiled hummus) but the combination was too much. I won't be returning.

Came here for a quick lunch during the week. Very unassuming and plain, with a few tables for seating. Definitely not a place you're going to for ambiance, but the food didn't need it. I ordered a Chicken Shawarma Plate and the food was flavorful, hot, fresh, decent sized portions and best of all reasonably priced. They also offered a kids meal which was perfect for my child. Orders are placed at the counter and you take your food to a table or to go. I'd recommend taking food to go as there's very little parking and the interior is very plain. I would definitely recommend this spot for lunch, a nice healthy dinner, for families with children etc. Straight forward, good halal food, at a great price considering the area.

I got say I wanted like this place because they serve my two favorite cuisines: Indian and Mediterranean.However, my chicken Shawarma was dry and tough to eat. The sauces were tasty but overall the meal was meh.The best part of the experience were the people working there. They very were friendly and helpful. I'll stick with Aviva or Jerusalem Bakery

We came in Thursday evening after finding this restaurant on Yelp as my husband wanted lamb. I didn't do the correct search as he wanted lamb chops, which we didn't see and almost left. I'm glad we stayed as it was a good inexpensive meal; even with us both ordering extra items, our tab was than $40. I ordered the lamb biriyani as suggested by another patron, well he suggested the biriyani, not specifically the lamb. I was asked what spice level I wanted and I said a little kick, maybe less than medium. It was about that. The flavor of the rice is good with some texture I couldn't figure out. In the picture it looks like fried onions, but that's not what it is. The lamb is in there; it has big chunks of tender lamb. The meal could've used a tad more seasoning or salt for my palette.It came with a salad & I chose the fattoush salad. I ordered the side of hummus that came with a pita.My husband ordered a chopped beef bowl, I can't recall the name of it and said it was decent. He was stuck on the exceptional meal we had last Thursday at Pharaoh's Palace when we were in Alpharetta, which isn't fair due to the ambience & nature of the different restaurants. This is casual dining & the other is not. He also ordered tabouleh (the salad made with parsley) and baba ghanoush, the smoky flavor one made with eggplant.The young woman behind the was very friendly and helpful in answering our questions. The patrons we saw seemed to be a mix of regulars & a few newcomers like us.No one dined I see but us.The restaurant and bathrooms were clean.I'd visit again. They also have some good daily specials. My dish would've been the special Friday, the next day smh. It's in the plaza with Subway. Be prepared to pay to park. I wasn't able to change the parking time from 12 hrs and paid $7.75 to park. While you're there, visit Shane's Sugar Shack down the driveway in the back.

Tannour is a very casual spot, and it doesn't pretend to be anything. What I like about it is that it delivers on flavor.We got the falafel and shaved chicken - along with all the relevant toppings. Bursting with flavor. I highly recommend the sauces as a free option to provide some extra flair for your dish.Also got the baklava. It was delicious - but much smaller than expected.I was also happy that the environment was clean (perhaps because we were among the first to walk in).I'd be happy to return.

Stopped here on a whim after an IKEA shopping trip. The food was amazing! Such great Indian food! Our group had the Tikka Marsala, Butter Chicken and Lamb Biryani. All 3 were amazing. The Marsala sauce had a slight fire roasted edge with a little smoky sweetness and the Butter Chicken had a nice coconut favor coming through. Definitely recommend!

Ordered falafel plate 13.99- substituted a salad for rice. Selected tabbouleh, fatoush, and hummus as sides. All were excellent. Falafel was tasty snd crispy.Tzatziki sauce- a bit runny and lacked cucumber, brightness and fullness that yogurt has. Had a "processed/bottled" taste.Ordered samosas 2.99 - filling was a bit mushy/mashed potato. I prefer samosas with diced filling.Large portion was enough for two meals. Would definitely return to try more menu items. They all looked good.Good value for price.

Awesome food. Got the Beef shawarma plate, comes with rice and two sides. Lots of food at a great price. Babaganoush to die for. Perfect Hummus. Very nice people. New fave.
