Tank and Libby's

This is a breakfast and lunch spot in the Pilgrim Gardens shopping center in Drexel Hill. There's plenty of parking although the parking lot is confusing. The Brunch Burger was delicious but tough to eat because the insides kept slipping off the bun. The Paris to LA was also delicious. They have Pepsi products and non-Heinz ketchup.

Well I finally got to see what the fuss was about. We both got eggs and split a French toast. Eggs were scrambled with plenty of melted American cheese in them. Artisan toast was a nice touch. Wife enjoyed hers over easy. Neither of us was a fan of the home fries. Not a deal breaker for either of us. The brioche French toast was excellent. Some crispy borders with soft airy inside and cooked perfectly and paired well with excellent syrup. Our server was very nice and friendly and efficient. Will repeat

Always a terrific meal. Try whatever you want because I never had something I didn't think was great. This was the boardwalk Bennie, a version of eggs Benedict of course. You just have to try the breakfast potatoes too, way better than some random home fries. Peppers and onions and delicious seasoning

We had multiple visit to Tank & Libby's to pass time while our son had practice. And this brunch place was a favorite for us. Everything we ordered was delicious and the specials had a great twist. You can't miss on anything you order. We were disappointed practice had a location change because there are so many more things we wanted to try. And again I prefer the lunch vs breakfast end. I was sooo happy they had seLections I could order. My only disappointment was the scrapple. I like it crisp on the outside with a soft inside. Their scrapple could use more crust on the outside. But when we have winter league next year, this will be our only spot for brunch.

This is by far the worst shrimp and grits I ever had. The sausage and shrimp are so tough. There is no way they were cooked today. I live 5 min away and the grits are hard. No seasoning on them. Not worth the price at all. My daughter warned me not to order from here but I didnt listen. Now I know better.

It was a 30-40 minute wait for Sunday brunch for our group of 5. I had a Boardwalk Bennie which had pork roll and caramelized onions. I was happy with the flavors but the English muffin was really tough to cut. I opted for fruit instead of potatoes which ended up being bananas, blueberries and grapes. Not sure the fruit sub should be $2 extra but this isn't uncommon.The rest of the group had chicken and waffles, apple bacon pancakes, and different egg options w/sides of meat. The Apple bacon pancakes was an enormous portion and definitely shareable! The apples were like a pie filling and gave it extra sweetness. The inside seating area is very simple. I liked that each table had ample space and we didn't feel cramped at all.

We visited on a busy Sunday and were seated promptly. The staff was helpful. We really liked the food, The crime brûlée french toast was amazing. 3 pieces of challah bread stuffed with crème brûlée and topped with raspberries.Next time I will try the banana foster pancakes! The only downside is that the place is a little crowded.

Had a delicious breakfast here a couple of weekends ago. Service was very good and we were promptly seated and taken care of. Enjoyed the avocado toast with eggs and corned beef hash which was very good! Will definitely be back when in the area again.

I cant say enough good things about this place for breakfast. You get enough food for at least 2 meals and yes, it's not cheap but it's worth it. Oh yea our waitress "Stacy" was the best and made a great breakfast even more pleasurable.
