Came to meet a friend for lunch at this hidden gem. So hidden that when you walk in you think it's a bar but then realize the seating is towards the right and back. The food was so good! Prices are bit high for the area. Service was equally good. I'll have to come back on payday :) Get anything with lamb and garlic naan bread.

I got the Gobi Manchurian to go which was fresh and flavorful. I wish it was a bit more spicy but I'm sure I can ask for that next time. I got rice on the side. I wish there was more parking for quick to go pick up but that's Miami for you anyway. That's probably the only reason I wouldn't return for take out.

Delicious!! we tried out the garlic naan, samosa chaat, mutter paneer and chicken korma. All of the dishes are extremely delicious and I asked for it to be spicy and it was genuinely spicy. Spicy Indian food is hard to find in Miami so this place definitely stands out and I will be ordering again. I placed the order on Uber Eats and everything arrived perfectly but I can't really comment on the ambiance. Highly recommend trying out this restaurant. I think it's a hidden gem

Yummy! Good service, good food! I was hoping the inside would be a little nicer as a set up and it wasn't that it was bad but it wasn't like other restaurants I've visited. The food was good! We tried several things and the paneer was good. Was it the best Indian food I've ever had? No BUT worth the visit and trying out if you're in the area i would say.Great service, friendly and welcoming to guests.

Not a great place to dine in. Service is not great. Food was good but I felt like I was at fast food place. Plus no alcohol options. Ambiance is zero.Nan cheese garlic bread was very good. Samosas were good, vegetable biryani was good the but the lamb in the butter sauce was hard and dry. The sauce was good. This is a one man show with a cook . Definitely lots of take out orders. Do not recommend for dining in.

Don't judge the quality of the food by the neighborhood or the outside. Taj Mahal is one of those places. Outside sketchy looking. Inside sketchy looking. Service is certainly not five star. However the food is first rate, and the staff tries their best to make your meal an enjoyable experience. Indian food is one of our favorite cuisines. Here they get the usual dishes - Chicken Tikka Masala, Naan done right. The some unusual dishes like Mango Chicken Curry done exceptionally well. Although it looks rough, and the design is a bit all over the place, you go to a restaurant for food. We've been to plenty of places which obviously spent a lot on decor, but made the menu and product an afterthought. Not here. It deserves its five stars.

Highly impressed with all the dishes we tried. I expected good (because of the high Yelp rating) and I was right! We ordered some of our usual favourite dishes - Saag Paneer and Butter Chicken. We chose mild spice but I would say we could definitely go medium spice next time. Each restaurant have different spice levels (sometimes we order mild and it's really spicy, so we wanted to stay on the safe side) but we barely tasted any spice. I loved that both dishes were generous, came with basmati rice and the food was not oily. Many Indian dishes are flooded with oil/butter (which is understandable, no complaints) but I prefer less oil and it was perfect. You can still have delicious dish without the extra fat. So hands down this was amazing! The naan and samosas were also really good. Samosas were pretty spicy though, just a warning. We would definitely come back again to try other dishes, probably Chana Masala and Tikka Masala. Also have to note, the owner of the restaurant was very friendly and welcoming, even though no one came to check up on us during the meal and ask if everything is okay, if something else is needed. But it's okay, no complaints.
