The food was good but the service left much to be desired. The young lady, greeted me with "Yes" ... its hot today and I get it but she was completely irritated when I asked what comes on the burrito. This is my first and last time spending my hard earned money here. It doesn't matter how good the food is, I will not be back!Stayed a little longer to wait for the order outside of my vehicle and had the opportunity to watch the interaction between the staff and the Hispanic or Latino customers ... big difference ... huge! The were greeted properly and treated with the utmost reverence. WOW!

$1 taquitos near NRG stadium? Don't mind if I do.There are numerous taco trucks trucks along Main Street near NRG stadium, but none that stay open later than Tacos Los Brothers which has become something of a local hub in this part of town. The prices are right, the hours are late, and the food is pretty decent overall.Situation in the parking lot at the Valero gas station directly in the front of the cornerstore convenience store, this truck is usually parked most of the day and night serving a steady stream of folks. Trust me when I say all walks of life are coming here and during the wee hours, the crowds really vary from nightlife mavens to nearby locals. The main draw are their mini tacos, which mostly run for a $1 each. For more premium choices like barbacoa, the prices shoot up to $2 each and can be more spendy if one chooses to add things like cheese, avocado, etc. Like many other trucks they offer more than just tacos. It's the typical food truck taqueria menu that include other classics like quesadillas, machetes, or tortas. Then there are the not so obvious (#1) options such as the Tony, Luvary, and Gypsy options. Meats wise, they're rocking fajita, polllo, pastor, tripa, chorizo, campechano, chicharron, birria, and barbacoa.I do like their barbacoa, but it really needs a good hit of the lime juice and lots of their super picante salsa verde. I also think their fajitas are a sure thing, especially a cool buck each. The chorizo and campechano are solid picks, even if they're a bit dry at times. Corn tortillas all the way. Be prepared to wait, even in rare instances when no one else is around. I could be wrong, but I'm fairly certain it's cash only. The cornerstore has an ATM inside, which has been clutch during times where I'm lacking actual dollar bills. Parking can be tricky if the station is bussin' with folks, but I have gotten reasonably lucky each time. The staff is nice overall and is bilingual with Spanish / English.___________(#1) At least to me. And probably only me.

Absolutely delicious. The neighborhood was very sketchy I didn't really feel comfortable waiting in the parking lot. But the tacos were good af.

I got to the second location off Webster and 59 at the shell gas station. It is hands down the best tacos. And birria tacos I've ever had. Tacos are $1 and birra tacos $10. Since seeing it there I go at least every few days they are that good.

Came in from Chicago for the weekend and this was the food highlight for me. Don't get me wrong I love texas BBQ but the Quesabirria tacos....geez. Absolutely delicious. Some of the best I have ever had. Totally worth walking around the twerking girls in the parking lot.

Ordered 4 each of beef, chicken n pork.. 2-3 biters but only $1 each.....obviously the pork was best and chicken n beef pretty close. About a 10 minute wait for a dozen fresh grilled tacos. Grilled onion was a plus.... Looked to be very clean. The young men were courteous. I will definitely be eating here at this food truck when coming to NRG stadium... definitely recommend

My boyfriend and I had been searching for a Mexican food truck near the Med Center since October and this was the first one we really had the chance to try, given the lack thereof. Our order consisted of: 6 Fajita Tacos and Birria Tacos with Consume. Fajita tacos were your typical street sized tacos with onion and cilantro on top, appealing to the eye but according to my boyfriend, the meat was very dry. Adding lime and salsa is a must. Now, I'm no Birria expert but, the meat seemed as though to have no taste. The limes that were provided were very dry, causing us to use 2-3 lime slices for just 1-2 tacos. Moreover, the consume given to dip tacos in was very salty and I mean VERY. To itch your craving, I would settle but that is all it is..settling. Interaction with the workers was give or take. I get it it's a Mexican food truck, but given your location, you should have someone taking orders who atleast understand little English to correct orders. Originally we wanted Elote and after receiving our order, it seeems as though the lady did not understand our restrictions on the Elote as we asked. We left it alone and moved along. To those reading, if you have any other suggestions for Mexican food trucks please advise! We are on the hunt!
