They were young/ Mexican American & perfectly bilingual which is a sweet touch to an authentic taco truck. - They accept debit/credit! One of the girls inside mentioned that Apple Pay would be available soon. I love the moderness.THE BAD- I did not like these tacos & unfortunately, I'm not going back. The red sauce that they cook them in excited me but it didn't taste like anything. The meat was so bland; i'm sad about this because I wanted to love it.- The red salsa was terrible. They need to get a new recipe :(- The sticker/wrapper on my apple soda was coming off and faded.- The run down dirty house behind the truck has me curious. Doesn't seem like such a clean option to have attached to your food business.- The wait wasn't short & mosquitoes had brown sugar for dinner (me) :(

The best tacos in Houston. I know my reviews tend to be longer but that's all I want to share with you. Go there. Hope they are open. Order the Al Pastor. Ps.: there is nothing ketogenic about this spot.

There's no way it can be that good, right?Let me just say this: If you don't love the tacos from Taco Keto, you're just an angry person.I lived the first 22 years of my life in the Friendswood/Clear Lake area but was never into 2 things:1) Being a foodie2) Exploring around in the "Big City"And for my return home this past Christmas, it was time to un-do that horrible behavior. I'd seen enough of the suburbs in my life - it was time for my introduction to Houston's best.My flight landed at Hobby. My mom picked me up. We went directly to Taco Keto.Oh...the GOODNESS that was contained inside of that 6 inch tortilla. Sometimes the Mexican food can be lacking here in Tampa...but one bite of this paradise, and I was right back at home.I told the employee that I was fresh off the plane from Tampa, and she told me that the day before a couple came in from Chicago. The word is getting out...and soon...Taco Keto will be a National Phenomenon.

Nope, greasy, flavorless meat, lacked flavor, flavorless sauce. Torta dry. No cilantro and onions on tacos.They look like sweet people and hopefully others give them business to keep them going. Ive tried over 30 trucks in Houston and this had to be one of the worst.

I know it's a taco truck but man the presentation on this burrito is awful. Plenty of burnt ends on the tortilla. Don't order a burrito I guess stick with the tacos.

This was the first time I've had tacos this way. I've only had the koketadas which are the corn tortillas are made in their special red sauce and is served with caramelized onions and potatoes. It's greasy, slightly crunchy, and delicious. The meat was good, I got pastor and fajita. They also give you sauce packets that add so much to the tacos. The only problem I had was that it was a bit too greasy and I had a hard time telling the difference between each meat. Other than that, I liked the tacos and recommend for everyone to try! I will be back!

This food truck was awesome! Friendly staff, great service and the food was on point. We ordered the chicken and shredded beef tacos plate and a hamburger. Both came with potatoes and a tasty green sauce. It was outside of white rhino and made a random night of trying a new neighborhood bar pretty fun.

We used to go here ALL the time when we lived just a couple of blocks away. Now, sadly, it is a bit if a trip and I eat here way less often. The burrito is the real standout for me. It is grilled in a chili oil that shoots it right over into extraordinary territory. And with all of the really brilliant little hidden delights over here there is some tough competition. at taco-keto the price can't be beat. And after a year away they still remember us and our orders after all this time. And a bonus for all you slaves to plastic! Now accepting credit cards.

The food hasn't disappoint me so far. Everything is so delicious , very seasoned with the right amount of spice. The street tacos de bistek is a must get, he dips the corn tortillas en consomé and then fries it. kinda into a semi crunch tacos , the amount of meat is a little disappointing but I get. Today I tried La Gortia and let me tell you shit was the bomb. Definitely would recommend this place to anyone

amazing tacos and gorditas, ive been coming to this place since i was a kid. definitely recommend 10/10
