Very poor service from the cashier. Was very rude and not customer friendly. I'm from Cali/ Las Vegas, service was so poor I decided not to post on social media. I will attach a video.

This was good. Will definitely be back to try more things on the menu! We got the crunch wrap with chicken. We got a side of green sauce and this was sooo good if you like some heat with your food. Service: about 5-10 minutes not long at all!

Some of the best Birria tacos I've ever had. Even the cheese quesadilla I got for my daughter was amazing. Picked it up as a quick snack but so happy that they are open until 3 AM because I plan on coming back tonight while I'm still in town.

I had been wanting to try birria tacos for a while and decided to give Taco Fuego a chance. I got the birria tacos, the fries, and the elote. The birria tacos were really flavorful, and they provided lots of consome for dipping. It was a bit messy to eat so have lots of napkins ready. The fries were also delicious and a great portion size (better value wise than the tacos). I would not recommend the elote at all; it tasted like canned corn with an old topping on it and was quite unpleasant. Taco Fuego is a food truck, so there's no place to sit. The food did take a while to come out and they forgot part of my order, but it was fixed quickly.

Very disappointed with this place. I have had Queso birria tacos in many places and the reviews for this place were off the charts. Tacos where soggy and super red.

Yelp needs to implement 0 stars as an option because Taco Fuego would be deserving of it. We placed an order and I repeatedly said I wanted Birria tacos but instead of beef, I wanted shrimp. I said this at least SIX times to him. We get home and it's soggy, uncooked shrimp tacos. I drive right back to them to tell him he gave me the wrong meal and he says they don't have birria shrimp tacos, beef. So why the HECK would you act like you do, only to give me shrimp tacos. To say I was pissed was an understatement. Then it was a whole ordeal for me to get refunded for the tacos as he was trying to argue me down and kept saying I should get something else. Sir, it's 101 degrees outside. PLEASE! Never AGAIN!

Returned last night and was not disappointed! The quesaBirria at $3.25 a piece is flavor bomb. I'm not sure with the tub of sauce adds much more to the flavor.

Santa Maria Madre de Dios! In other words, HOLY MOLY! No wonder this place is called Taco Fuego, the food is literally hot like fire, but is it delicious? Lets find out! We pulled up into the location parked by the famous food truck park by the Galleria. This was late on a Friday, so there were tons of people in the area. One of the neat features about this truck, is that its open late (at least over the weekend). So you have the privilege to burn your tongue after 3am on a Friday. They have a neat menu with tons of options. Burritos, tamales, mini tacos, ramen, burgers, empanadas, goodness...this little truck makes its all. We were in a Birria mood, so decided to get the Birria Burrito, Birria Ramen, and a side of Consome to dip the burrito. All this came up to about 32 bucks, so this spot IS NOT CHEAP. Very pricey, guess you are paying Galleria prices. The service was descent, not stellar, but descent. Speed was the main thing that stood out to us. In about 5 minutes we had our food (most of the other trucks parked here, take about 10 to 15 minutes to get your food ready), so Taco Fuego gets props for the speed. Portion sizes were good as well, the burrito was big, and we also got a good helping of ramen and consume. Now lets get to the pain and suffering. This food was INCREDIBLY SPICY. I get that Fuego is in the name, but we didn't realize that the taste would be unsufferable. We can handle minimum spicey, but this level of spicey wasn't even enjoyable, it was pure atomic pain. It would have been helpful to know that all the food is made to taste like hot fire beforehand, maybe we would have asked to limit some of that. Due to this reason, we really didn't get to enjoy the food at all. You look at the food, and its burnt red. Birria isn't meant to taste like the atom bomb, so this was a huge bummer. Would not come back, but if you're a fan of burning your tongue, to wake yourself up after a long night out, Taco Fuego is for you.

Tacos are always amazing, HOWEVER the server Pabloa has a distasteful/nasty attitude every time we go to this location. Lacks customer service and people skills.
