Made us go out front even though there was no line then forgot about us. They only noticed us when they brought out another order. Took forever to get food then there was a pube in my taco. Not sure if intentional but we are disturbed and disgusted.

If I could give this place zero stars I would! The staff is a bunch of young people who don't take the job seriously. They must all be friends cause from what I saw they were all hooking each other up and not paying for the food. At the end of the day that's not my business but it's ridiculous when the wait time for paying customers is forever and then someone they know comes in and asked for something so a guy that is not in uniform and working the shift goes back there in his crocs and starts making the food and has it ready in 5 minutes. The only one that seem to care was the older lady in the back who came up to talk to me. She told the guy that it was not right for him to go back there when he was on the clock. The staff needs huge attention and saving before they run the place to the ground.

I went to this location last night. There were two cars in front of me when i placed an order for a 6 pack of flautas. I order the guacamole and cheese as my sides and a fish taco. Raising Canes has a row of cars that were flowing through their drive thru. It took me 10 minutes to get to the window, and another 10 minutes before i got my food. The food was hot. I'm glad i checked my order because they gave me two cheese sauces. When he gave me the guacamole, it had a top on it, but there was also guacamole on the outside. When i got home, the hot sauce containers were barely filled. Look used so i didn't even use them. They didn't even give me a receipt.

Absolutely the worst TC experience I have ever had! The floors in the dining area are exceptionally greasy! The staff couldn't care less about customer service. The young lady who took our order was talking really low. I had to ask her at least 3x to repeat herself. I watched a woman walk from the kitchen with gloves on out the front door and came back in wearing the same gloves and then went to the restroom. I did not see her return but I hope she took them off. We will not be returning to this location!

I went through the drive thru. No one answered. I drove around to the front. She is HIDING! lol like sis I see you. There were 2 workers I could see. Just standing around. There were like 3 cars behind me we allllll left. Where is their management? Should have listened to the reviews. This location is horrrrrrible. CLOSE IT DOWN PUT SOMETHING ELSE THERE! Please.

Waiting at the drive thru for a good 5 minutes without anyone coming to address. Drove up to the window and no was there. I drive around the restaurant and see all the workers sitting around talking. The food is okay but what can you expect from a fast food place. Kids just sitting around for a paycheck without doing any work.

Extremely angry! Went thru drive thru had to repeat order 3 or for times. Person taking order keep repeating order wrong. I didn't get a receipt. And my order was wrong. The only reason i didn't return was because was just getting off from work and made it to my destination 12 mins away. I would not recommend this establishment to anyone nor return. ONLY ONE STAR BECAUSE IT WOULD NOT LET ME POST WITHOUT IT!

This is the worst taco cabana I have been to!! It took 30 mins to get the food in the drive thru with 2 cars ahead, and the food was terrible! I ordered the chicken quesadilla and it was a tortilla with barely any chicken or cheese on it! Awful service and awful food!
