This location used to be amazing and we have been customers at this location for nearly 15 years. I know costs are up and times are tough, but if that is the case..just raise your prices! It is incredibly dishonest to leave items the same price and then cheat your customers in the servings and products they are buying. We were shocked at what we got when we opened our order. We were so embarrassed as we had to go pick up tacos from another place for our guests. If we had known we were getting half empty tacos, we would have ordered them from another place to begin with. This location that was amazing for over a decade it has now become one of the worst Taco Cabanas I have ever been to. This was our last visit. I feel totally betrayed and ripped off. Never going back.

Service is lacking, they were rude and when they did come over they really had an attitude and didn't want to wait on us so we left. We won't be putting any money in future to Taco Cabana. No wonder many are closing up.

I was wrong giving them 2 stars the first review. They have gotten worse! If I could give this location ZERO stars I would. Now there's this old black and grey haired man and an older Mexican lady. They are by far the worst! The lady has such an attitude and has NO business doing this job. She argued with me when I told her my food was cold. She argued saying it wasn't when it clearly was. Instead of apologizing and telling me they would get me some fresh ones she argues with me. She never smiles and is super rude! You guys should be ashamed of yourselves for hiring such bad employees. You obviously don't care about your business. I will never give this place my business again and I have a huge social media following and will be sure to spread the word. PromiseOh and to the business owner that keeps stating how they are going to rectify the situation blah blah. Apparently you've done nothing to fix your lousy employees issue. You keep apologizing, STOP apologizing and DO SOMETHING ABOUT IT.

9/11/21 If I could give less stars I would. This place is absolutely disgusting... me and my family got food from here tonight and my girlfriend got a quesadilla and found someone's HAIR in a bite of it.. She pulled the hair out of her mouth. She threw up all over the place. And is now not able to eat anything else. And she's diabetic, she needed her dinner and is sick to her stomach. This means the hair was cooked inside of the quesadilla, meaning the employees were not taking proper precautions to make sure things like this never happen. We will never be going here again. This is absolutely unacceptable.It happen to us, it can happen to you!UPDATE 9/12/21: Went to talk to them about it in person today because they wouldn't answer their phone last night. And low and behold here is the General manager Lupita with no hair net handling food! Also they are not trying to to do anything to make it right. This is worst customer service experience I have ever dealt with.

WOW - after reading the reviews of this location, I don't feel bad posting HOW HORRIBLE the service has become! Don't go to this location if you want to be treated like you're incompetent A$$. The young lady at the window kept rolling her eyes telling me that the rewards program wasn't taking any of their rewards but "it's not our fault" why ROLLING HER EYES....yes! it's your fault, for not honoring any of the rewards that I had that were now only valid for a few hours to use. I told them they could keep their food, I was going to another location.Go ahead and use the better customer service location that told me they didn't need the app to honor my birthday reward. I haven't been back here since my last review, but decided to try again. It took a few minutes for someone to acknowledge me, so not sure if they are short handed, but the drive thru lady saw me and came to help. She was nice and patient and didn't rush me even though she had cars pulling up in the drive thru. I ordered the trio platter with brisket quesadillas and one of their cranberry vodka frozen drinks. Oh em gee it was delicious! And it had Tito's vodka?! Yes please! Cannot beat $4! I'm probably crazy for drinking when it's cold, but it hit the spot. When I received my order, the chips were missing, but I left it alone since the platter is pretty big. The flautas made up for missing chips.As for the environment, they sure had the AC on even though it was was 46° outside. I was shivering while I was eating, but the vodka kicked in after a little while and warmed me up. Other than that, I enjoyed my visit this time around. I'll always recommend the food and now that the service was a whole lot better, I will definitely start coming back here instead of driving all the way to the Katy Ranch one.

I paid $20 for 5 tacos nun of my tacos had enough portion and I paid for extra cheese it seems like I was given less cheese than the normal amount. I also asked for fresh eggs my request was ignored. I won't be returning to this location or taco cabana period I've given this place chances after chance I won't make that mistake again.
