Aaah Taco Cabana. My dear old friend. This is the only location left around me. Was in the area doing some shopping with my sister & dropped by for a quick bite. Since it was mid day on Wednesday, it was empty which was awesome! We ordered good ol Cabana bowls & $2 ritas. I noticed it was clean & didn't have that funky old smell. Lady working the front was nice & got our orders right. She gave us plenty of salsas without hassle. Which I for one appreciated. I'm so annoyed when you order food & it's like pulling teeth to get more than 1 ketchup, salsa, etc.Our food was fresh. We both got shredded chicken & it was tasty. Portions of meat, beans, rice, etc. were balanced. Not just a bunch of lettuce with a teaspoon of chicken. The $2 ritas weren't bad. In case you're wondering, this location is still doing the to-go ritas & the salsa bar isn't back to regular self serve set up. Yelp on my friends!

Sad It could be so much better even for Taco Cabana standards. Miss the old days of Two Peso's. The flour tortillas were small thick and a bit under cooked. Fajita meat over cooked. Salsa bar was a bit of a mess. Felt like the service was indifferent.....keep on moving mow mow!

This used to be a good place for lunch and dinner. I've been going there for over 10 years, especially when we lived in Longwood subdivision. Here are the current problems:1. Place is constantly understaffed.2. Staff just cares about drive-through customers.3. Customer service in dining room sucks.4. Dining room orders come out late.5. As a result of #4, food is cold!!!

In the last three weeks I've had poor customer service from this location. Three weeks ago I ordered two crispy chicken tacos and a mango strawberry margarita and the food was cold. I attempted to contact the store and the phone just rang and rang. I went in the next day and requested to have my food replaced. The manager was very rude and acted like she did not want to replace my food. One of the regular Employees had to make her replace the order. The same employee apologized for the service that I received the previous day and from the manager. Last week I ordered the same thing but i was charged for a burrito as well. I took that into the location and requested a refund. The manager took a long time so I left without confirming that she actually processed the refund. Yesterday I went to this Location again and placed the same order. I was told that I had to wait 10 minutes for the crispy taco shells. After waiting for 10 minutes my order was brought to the car and I drove off. It was then that I realized that I was given the ground beef tacos instead. I drove back to the location for them to correct my order. I contacted customer service to let them know about my last three visits. I called the store this morning to speak to a manager and she was very rude. She placed me on hold but hung up on me. When I called her back she argued with me that she did not hang up on me. It's sad that this location is in a nice area and they provide piss poor customer service.

In the past service was not good here, very slow. But past few visits have gone well. The food is always good. The young lady working the window today was so friendly with such a nice smile. Made me feel like she was happy to be waiting on me, made me glad to spend my money here.

My old stomping ground from many years ago. I got the Cabana Bowl with steak fajita; it was really good, like all things on the menu at Taco Cabana. Tonight I just did a drive-thru; my norm would be to go in and enjoy all the different sauces and the atmosphere. It's such a vibe here, But my furbaby was with me. But, you know what was so sweet? The girl working the drive-thru talking to my little girl.
