Taco Cabana

it's a no for me dog. I haven't been to a taco cabana for years and I've never been to this location before so I didn't know what to expect, but it wasn't worth the drive or money at all. For $21.41 we got a 6 piece taquitos w queso, and a large Steak Fajita quesadilla. Let's start with the only good thing about this trip. The service. The young lady was very patient with me when I was taking my order. The inside was empty and a bit quiet. The drive thru on the other hand had a few cars and she still let me take the time to look through the menu and let her know when I was ready. It didn't take too long to get our food and we were on our way. The only redeeming factor about the food is that the taquitos had good flavor, but dang were they chewy. I don't think they even fried them. Maybe just microwaved them or had them under a heat lamp. The quesadilla was trash and husband tossed it. Super fry and tasteless. I picked it up and took a pic with flash go at least give it a little more color, but it was not good at all. I'd only come back for their cheap margaritas to pregame lol.

Tonight was a complete IMPROVEMENT! DEE, MATTHEW, & ESMERALDA ARE THE ABSOLUTE BEST. The TATSE is COMPLETELY FRESH.... AND this is within minutes of closing time. It was so good... once I made it home, my sun wanted more. I rushed back 11 minutes before closing time, ran through a light to make it 1 minute before closing. The team managed to get me one breakfast taco for my little one... I greatly appreciate them.

Mirna the manager made my entire morning. He showed the best customer service and was very kind hearted. His nice words uplifted me. The food is always good but the customer service was even better. Thank you for him!!!

Good value consistently good service. Sam and his staff make you feel welcomed. Never a dirty table and food is serve warm and quickly. It's a great place for a quick bite. I come here regularly and haven't been disappointed yet.

We frequent this location often. Usually we get breakfast tacos or a cabana bowl. This time I tried the Kickin nachos and oh was I in for a surprise! There is no way one person can eat these nachos, they are massive! It's literally enough for at least 3 people. Lots of chips, cheese, meat, pico, jalapeños, and beans. Yum Yum!

Absolutely horrible. I never write reviews, but this one.... I love TC, especially the bean and cheese tacos. First off, the woman working drive thru was rude, but I tried to push past it. I've worked fast food and restaurants and know that sometimes a bad day happens, but she got my order COMPLETELY wrong, down to the drink. I had ordered my little sister bean and cheese tacos, all of which were cold, and the beans are hard, crusty, and flaky. Her being 4, she didn't care and ate all of her food. The chicken fajita that they gave me (not even what I ordered) is so dry the chicken is starting to splinter. I called the store to alert the MOD about this mess up, and they didn't answer, I called one more time, and whoever answered was rude. Completely crushed about this, but lesson learned!

Several changes I hate! First went to restroom and guy standing there with no shirt with toiletries washing himself! Classy! Salsa ranch not made correctly- too hot. And what's with the queso packed with peppers? Too hot'

Ordered online, fajitas and chips and queso. Fajitas came as just plain meat, no onions or peppers. Never got the chips and queso. Tried to get a refund but they "couldn't find my order in the system" even though I had a digital receipt and used their website. Was told the GM would call me, but he didn't. Never got a refund, even tried to contact corporate but the number they provide is just for catering. Used to love Taco Cabana, now it's 100% crap. Save yourself the money and go somewhere else

This one used to be better. It's quality isn't amazing, so it's best was probably 4stars. But this locations been going downhill a bit. But their app quit working at this location so you no longer get the deals half the time or have to jump through hoops to get it, and without that, they're prices are no longer really that amazing. They swapped to Pepsi products which I'm less a fan of. And they seem to mess up my order a lot - but you don't see it until you get your receipt at which point I really don't want to put in the effort to fix. Today I asked to make my taco a meal and it just didn't happen. It's small, but repetitive. Also this place is Freezing. When it's warm outside.But the workers are nice if not diligent and they have long hours and serve "lunch food" at breakfast and vice versa....

Tldr; Several menu items unavailable, poorly trained staff that don't pay attention to details, slow service.First, we were the only car in the drive thru and there were only a couple customers in the restaurant. They weren't busy. Attempting to order off the menu here is like playing craps in a Vegas casino; inevitably, you'll crap out when you try to order one of the many menu options they don't have. Wanted to try the new queso Blanco enchiladas, no queso Blanco. That's cool, I'll take shredded chicken enchiladas with regular queso; nope, out of shredded chicken. Out of chicken? Really? Tried to order the Beyond Meat plate, told they don't have it in a plate, just a combo. Weird, it's on the app. Finally, they figured out how to sub Beyond Meat for regular and rang up the taco plate. After, an unusually long amount of time waiting for our food, pulled up to check that it was right. Of course, it wasn't. Beyond Meat tacos were supposed to be hard but were soft. We asked for no rice, substitute beans. Of course, there was rice. The last Taco Cabana I visited regularly that started going downhill this badly is no longer a Taco Cabana. The staff here is badly trained and has no interest in the success of this restaurant or the TC brand.
