Not really certain why they have an app to order online for curbside pickup, if you're not actually going to deliver it curbside, or answer the phone, or let you know if it's ready. The service at this TC is complete garbage. Order was delivered more than 30 minutes later than was reported, then acted as somehow it was my fault they didn't know I was there.

I'm very pleased with my first ever visit to Taco Cabana. The food was very good and prepared quite promptly - I waited for about 5 minutes to get my to-go order. The woman behind the counter was very friendly and helpful. The manager was cheerful and went out of her way to assist me. "Come, let me show you the salsa bar!" she said and explained the different sauces and told me to help myself to whichever ones I wanted. Chicken enchiladas with green sauce were delicious. Bean and cheese nachos - also very good. My chicken burrito was satisfying as well. They did a great job and I appreciate their efforts. I'll surely go back in the future.

I love Taco Cabana and this is the closest one to the house. It's so upsetting when you're excited for your food and coming home it's not what you ordered.I ordered a steak quesadilla and ended up getting just plain cheese. How disappointing! I asked to pay for some salsa ranch and they forgot to include it, which I had to walk back into store. Purpose of a drive through is to be quick and painless.

Here for lunch Thursday, won't be back. Rude employees with attitude. Place was filthy. Kitchen staff dropping utensils and just sitting them back on counter. Disgusting. Didn't eat , just left. I guess you get what you pay for. Nothing !

ZERO STARSI decided some TC would be good today. It's been 4 years since I had it. What a waste of $12AND the person who took my order said, "$12? That seems like a lot!"IT IS ESPECIALLY for Stale chipsCold queso I asked for some additional salsas and she took the one that came with the meal away - uh, I wanted that one. Then I asked for the green salsa and the roasted fire one . She gave me some other one that was NOT fire roasted. I also will say their meat isn't meat anymore. You are better off at Taco Bell. This place should be SHUT DOWN! Either change management or shut it down! I ordered via mobile app, so I wasn't aware of what I was about to endure. It was the closest location to me at the time. First of all, the restaurant smelled like a dirty dish rag. The floor was so sticky. I literally stuck to the floor. I had to wash the bottom of my shoes when I left. There were only 2 women working there. The food was disgusting! I ordered a chicken fajita quesadilla. I received a double cheese quesadilla with a little chicken on the edges to fool me until I opened it. I'm not even sure if that was chicken! There was no pico de gallo on it at all (and, yes, I did order it). The cheese was so thick that it made me sick. See the attached pictures. I have been running to the bathroom since I ate there. DO NOT EAT HERE! SAVE YOUR STOMACH! IT'S NOT WORTH IT! DEAR HEALTH INSPECTORS: SHUT THIS RESTAURANT DOWN PLEASE!

Worst Taco Cabana I have ever been too!! I asked for breakfast tacos and I didn't get what I wanted the girl at the window didn't even check what the man handed her she just said "here you go", now I am without what I wanted and so is another person. horrible service! I waited 5 minutes to order through the driver thru. waited another 20 minutes to get to the window, and got told it would take a while for my food to be made still. I told her I had been waiting too long already so they told me to leave and if I had a compliant to call corporate. I was at this location 30 minutes to be told to leave. this is the worse customer service. This location should close. I wish someone from corporate would read the reviews and do something about this. They are hiring people that should not be working.
