If I could give anyone advice out there about this particular location: if you decide to go through the drive-thru, CHECK YOUR FOOD ORDER BEFORE LEAVING. Other than that, the people who work here are easy going and nice. Plus, it is what it is---fast food. That being said, at this location, we've never had anything soggy, stale etc. There are always some specials going on every now and again on the menu. This location is always consistent with the quality being good too. If you like some heat with your order, might I suggest the diablo sauce? One of the better sauces they carry. There's also a value menu with items being around a dollar. They're open late night and the wait time for food is faster than the neighboring fast food places in the shops of Bella Terra. Nice for a quick bite!

Standard Taco Bell that's open late night/early morning. The dining room closes much earlier than the drive-thru. Standard Taco Bell food--greasy goodness in a taco or burrito. The $5 Cravings Deal is my favorite, and you can swap out chips & salsa for the cinnamon twists. Every time I've eaten here, it's been late evening, and the place was empty. Clean, and the employees here seem nicer than other Taco Bells I've visited.

Service is horrible !!!! I went here the other day to order lots of food for the family. I walked in and stood there for 10 minutes, the workers just ignored me. There were at least 4 workers. Two of them just stood around and just looked at me. I had to wave them down just to order . She told me I had to order from the kiosk because they do not allow ordering at the front anymore . I guess they are cutting cost by replacing two kiosk instead of getting good workers . I ordered a lot of food and sat there for 40 minutes, I was trying to be patient because they had a lot of customers ( 3) . No not that many. I noticed the three customers who came after me got their food . I went up to the cashier and she said I was supposed to pay first then they start making the food. I was not happy . I paid her and waited another 15 minutes while they made the food. She didn't apologize and just gave me my food. I enjoy Taco Bell , but the management at this location is bad . They hire and don't trained their workers efficiently like the business next door to them ( the one that closes on Sunday) . The drive thru also has ridiculous wait time also , usually 20 minutes per order sometimes. Well I can't blame the employees. But the manager needs to hire efficient and polite workers. They need a big sign stating that orders will not start until the payment is made . If I was Taco Bell I would change managers and really observe which workers are working hard and which are not..

terrible service. i ordered on the app and went and picked up in store. i drove about 30 minutes to get my food and i found out my order was completely wrong after getting back home and taking a few bites. they put no meat in my order, i did not order any type of veggie meal. i called the store and the employee i was talking to was no kind of help. he said he made it and claimed to put meat but but there wasnt a sliver of meat to be seen or tasted. i kept asking if they could do anything, but the worker kept saying "uhhh no", they didnt give me a refund or credit or anything. the worker was also very rude and had a terrible attitude. please dont go here.

I walked in, was forced to use the kiosk. Couldn't find what I wanted on the machine. Walked out... don't need the aggravation... I hope the saved enough money killing costumer service to make up for me never setting foot in the place again. Customers service is truly dead there. Fortunately there is a Whataburger across the parking lot.
