I come here often maybe up to 3 times a week and at different times too ranging from 2pm to 10pm and I always order through the app and it's always a very quick interaction and my food stays hot even by the time I get home but I do live like right around the corner like 7 minutes away. Haven't had any issues with any of my orders and I'm thankful I haven't gotten diarrhea lol.

This was a 0 experience... it took 25 minutes in the drive through, they were training and I made sure I expressed that I understood. But they messed up our order twice and then we got to the window and I asked why the drink had an extra charge when I never asked for a large, and the manager Tiffany had attitude with me. I let it go but they continued to mess up the order. They gave me the large drink instead, and then they messed up with the amount of food we were missing the Grilled Cheese burrito. We tried to check the entire bag but it was difficult because all the food was thrown in one bag upside down and not folded correctly. Anyways, we missed the cheesy Gordita crunch too but didn't see that till we got home. I called and the same lady answered and basically told me they will gladly fix it for us but in the same breath basically called me a liar because she packed our bag herself. So she was convinced everything was in there. We waited for 25 minutes and all we got was cold food, attitude, missing food and disappointment. Also the food was missing key ingredients too like tomatoes and sauce.

Delivery drivers!!! The employees at this location did a much better job tonight. It is July 17, 2021 at 11:36 PM. I pulled up to this location to pick up another delivery order. They are dealing with the overflow of customers normally. It is relative of course. Horrible customer service and very unprofessional. I stopped in on Tuesday November 14th to inquire about the birthday free taco that Taco Bell offers since yesterday was my birthday. Well the young man at the front counter knew nothing about the free birthday taco but the manager did so she stepped in and advised me I would have to go on the App to retrieve it but when I was asking her a follow up question about signing up the manager on duty literally walk away while I was speaking to her all the while mumbling something under her breath. I felt so humiliated and embarrassed that I just walked out that establishment. I wish I would've gotten a name of the two unprofessional and rude staff members. I will never be returning back EVER

Terrible service sat in line for 40 minutes once your past the menus your stuck, slow as hell I've never worked for a Taco Bell but I'm sure I could've make these orders way quicker .... Management needs to get involved and corporate or the franchise owner ... this location has much more availability for increasing profits if they just would invest in employees ... or wake the ones up tonight from their naps

Honestly worst employees you could ever hire. Y'all seriously need new staff, they closed for like a week or two and opened up me thinking there was new people. Keep in mind I seriously love the food bro but FUCK WAS I WRONG! I ordered ahead of time on the damn app me trying to be nice to give them time to make my food, come through the drive through and nobody answered me... went to the window nobody was there. And I was like wtf, so I called and I can hear the phone ringing, I called twice and nobody answered. I honked to get their attention, and the assistant manager came to the window and literally moved her whole head saying "YES MA'AM HOW CAN I HELP YOU?!" I stared at her for a little and told her I had a mobile order, she immediately responded with a "no ma'am we can't make this order because our grill is down" in my head I'm thinking why tf are y'all still open then? "I told her that she shouldn't even be a manager and that she should definitely be fired" then I drove off. I definitely don't ever want to step foot at this damn Taco Bell. The only reason I come is because is literally walking distance from my home. But this is seriously the worst customer service I have EVER received. I hate being mistreated because I am so nice, but when someone pisses me off to the point where I have to write shit... really sets me of fucking FIRE! So idk who tf that lady was but if she acts that way I can't imagine what the employees are like.
