There is a reason why the rating of this place has 2 stars. I walked inside and stood by the register for 10 min and nobody helped me. They all just looked at me like I was dumb. I over heard the drive through employee tell the manager that someone is being annoying in the drive through and the manger replied to tell the customer to fuck off so that's when I walked out. This place is a joke and all should be fired.

This has been the most stressful situation I've Ever come up against in FastFood! On 11/27 I place an order that was prepared incorrectly I noticed so I went back through the drive-thru and asked to have it made correctly. They talked amongst each other and laughed but I didn't pay any attention to the situation. When I opened the food after getting home I was disgusted!!! I would have went back that night, but just had a baby and didn't want to take her out again. I made a review and requested they review the footage. When I had a chance the next day I went to the store and Erika was pissed that I made a bad review and made sure I and the staff was aware! It was a show she was rude and insinuated I did this for free food(I would let my dog eat from this place since this has occurre!). To this day Erika whom I doubt holds the position she says is GM has yet to do anything about the situation. I've been making contact and they are not taking this serious at all!!!. I don't know what else to do since she claims she is over everyone and there isn't someone more professional who can deal with this available. I haven't been the same and will NEVER eat fast food again Help

DO BETTER!!! My receipt records my visit as 1622 cst. the Taco Bell location is 9145 W Sam Houston Pkwy N Houston, TX 77064United States. This is by far the worse experience I have, I use taco and the app almost daily. These ladies all four of them were to busy having a personal conversation to pay an ounce of attention to me the customer. Normally when I use the Taco Bell app once my order is ready, either it's brought for me or my name is called. My food sat on the counter for 3 minutes after the text came through. I just left the gym, my phne was on DND. No one called my name, once I checked my text I walked up to the counter, again the ladies were so into their conversation no one heard me, then one another time of them walked up from the back, I asked her if this was my order? She replied what's your name, imI replied Nandeezy. She said yes this is your order. Remind you all this conversation only happened because I walked up to counter, just thing if I didn't, I'd still be sitting here like a nut!! Mind is blown!!

Even though I went into the store because drive through orders never get done correctly at this location ...did not help. My order was still missing items I paid for when I got home. There were 4 workers and 2 guests. How can 4 people not get 2 orders correct.

Drive thru service has changed so much, it's so much better, the employees are a lot nicer and don't rush you with your order anymore lol. I've never been inside to eat, just drive thru. And so far I've had so many nice people greet me and take my order. The location is very convenient since it's at a shopping center as a kroger and Starbucks. There's a lot of parking and now a days the drive thru line is a lot faster. They've gotten so much better. There's also a KFC with this Taco Bell.

I loved getting the breakfast crunchwrap in the past, but the one I had at this location made me question why I had liked it in the first place. The hash brown was hard as a brick, and the sauce had a soupy texture. Makes me wanna make the wrap myself.

They no longer print receipts! You have to give them phone number or email in order to have your receipt sent to you. STRONGLY dislike this as it is just another way to send out mass unwanted marketing to our cell phone or email account. And if I did all the work of putting in my order at your computer when do i get my W-2 for doing the work of your employees?
