This place is great if all you want is six broken soggy bottom tacos and 25 packages of hot sauce. (I only asked for three).

This Taco Bell is absolutely horrible!!!!!! We ordered thru the drive thru and they asked if we wanted sauce we said yes and ordered few things tonight and the guy told us to pull over and wait for our order so we do, this young man is walking straight to our car no emotion no nothing, hands our food and that's it. I get home our order is wrong- the soft taco I ordered was absolutely soggy and wet and cold, I ordered a bean burrito with extra red sauce, mind you they charge for extra red sauce welllllll they didn't give me my bean burrito it was nasty cold ass burrito with chips in it and rice I was so disappointed and no hot sauce or Napkins. It's so just annoying if you all can't do your job don't work there!!!!!!! UPDATE we went again and i ordered bean and it was cold as hell!!!! and the pepsi tasted like water

As far as Taco Bell/kfc's go this one is pretty nice. It's pathetic that I can recognize the same people, but it also speaks of the retention this particular location has. So the food is standard fare Taco Bell /kfc and with all fast food there are some issues of missing a burrito or whatnot. But I will tell you that every time I've had any issue there the management makes it right immediately. No questions just fixes it right there. This place is always clean. The staff is always friendly. And I'm a glutton for a cheap burrito. So I'll be back.

This is the worst taco bell I have ever been to. When I arrived there was only 2 cars in front of me. As I was paying the teenager at the window gave me a bag of food, because it's fast food I decided to check my bag. There was only two out of the four things I purchased. I explained that my order wasn't complete and she said that the rest was still being made. By then there was a long line of cars behind me. I waited for another 5 minutes before she told me that everything should be in the bag. I explained AGAIN that it wasn't my full order. She asked me to look in the bag which made me even more upset as I didn't want her touching my food after she had already given it to me due to the PANDEMIC. She took the bag, I waited another 5-10 minutes looking at them through the window just talking as if they didn't have anything to do and she gave me the bag back. I took the bag and then parked in the parking lot to avoid keeping up the line any further and AGAIN IT WAS NOT MY FULL ORDER. At this point I was over it. I went through the drive through again and explained that I didn't understand how they couldn't get the order correct. She called a SO CALLED manager which then that lady said she was making my food when my bag was given back and the teenager was new. I told her that that was fine, but I didn't understand how she could tell me my order was complete when supposed they were still making it. She then had the NERVE to ask me if I still wanted my food. I told her NO I wanted my money back, I was not about to wait another 20 minutes for my order. NEVER GO HERE!!!

Rarely do I eat at Taco Bell. If I do, it's because I'm on the road and I have to make a stop. But I came by two nights ago because my nephew wanted some Mexican eatin'. This review is more about the service, rather than the food. I think we all know what we get from Taco Bell. After waiting for about ten minutes in the drive thru for the car in front of us to get their order, we finally pulled up. The cashier was nice and gave us our meal, but not more than ten feet away there were two employees just standing there. One was in the kitchen, pants sagging, with one hand stuffed down his shorts while drinking out of cup with the other. The other employee was just sitting there, doing nothing. I don't want to imagine those two making cheesy gordita crunches. Never again.

Drive through line was very slow. Was in line for at least 20 minutes. They left out the popcorn chicken in our order. Prices increased service decreased.

Not sure why all the bad reviews at this location. We've been eating here (not regularly) for a decade. Never had any issues. My only complaint is that one of the current employees has 3" fingernails ... in food service that doesn't scream sanitary.

This is absolutely the worst Taco Bell in the entire cypress Tomball area. Highly recommend anyone going to taco cabana or a Mexican restaurant over this horrible fast food location. I have given this location multiple chances and every single time they let me down. Not only is their drive thru the slowest drive thru I've ever been to but service is atrocious and don't even think about placing a timed order for pick up. They force you through their 30 minute wait drive they then tell you that your food order wasn't placed yet so they are preparing and have the audacity to ask you to go back through the drive thru. Tell me, what's the point in placing a timed order when they don't prepare it until you show up????

Wife's card was compromised at this location. We rarely use our debit cards. She used it here and shortly after we received notifications of transactions being used in Katy. I put two star only because while we cannot be 100% certain it was this place but the last time she used that card was a week ago. Posting here in case anyone else experiences this.

Keep in mind, this place closes 30 min early. The staff wants to leave at midnight, not close at midnight. If you say your open til 12, you need to be open til 12. Otherwise change your hours.
