Ta’bleyah Mediterranean Cuisine

I've been to Ta'bleyah before a few times, but this was the 1st time that I visited their location in the food court of The Woodlands Mall. They probably are still working out kinks, so I'll give them a pass, but the burger was the driest burger I've had in a very long time and the kibby was not up to par. The fries were tough and cold. The chicken shawarma was there only saving grace and that's only because it wasn't horrible. I know that the restaurant items are better than these options, so I'll check by again later and update. Overall I am happy that there is a halal option at the mall and I will be stopping by next time as well!Here's hoping it's only going to get better!

Excellent food, excellent service! Everything is super fresh and most is cooked to order. We come here every time we are at the mall.

So refreshing to see more ethnic food options popping up at local malls, showcasing the cultural diversity of the city. The addition of Ta'Bleyah, for example, offers a convenient "fast food" option to those craving a specific taste and introduces the cuisine to the masses. At my most recent visit to The Woodlands Mall, this spot was my immediate choice for lunch.Prices are very fair, considering the generous portions served and the complexity of the dishes. And wow, so much variety! A far better value for your buck than the other more commercial booths. Our taste buds were very happy with our choice - a 2 meat & 2 sides plate of stewed lamb, butter chicken, pasta salad, and rice. Everything was super yummy and fresh. This meal (plus a side of pita bread & a hibiscus drink) was around $15, and it satisfied a pair of hungry adults.*The only criticism I have is that the employees seemed overwhelmed & disorganized. No one team member had a designated role, so service was confusing and slow. Hopefully, with a little time & training, this is something that will improve.We will definitely be back on a future mall run!

The gyro was AMAZING. Hands down one of the top 5 I've had in the Houston area. Friendly service!

Unsanitary. No gloves used, watched the cashier handle money then touch naan bread with his BARE HANDS. Stay far away. Worst Mediterranean establishment in the Woodlands from service to food.

The portions were good. I ordered the gyro wrap. The flavors were good. It was a little greasy. The price was reasonable. It took awhile for the staff to come take my order.

Food was ok, but the employee working wasn't friendly and didn't know if or what the gluten free options were. And seemed annoyed I would ask. So, I had to guess, hope, and pray for no reaction. ‍ Not bad for mall food.

I love how this is fresh food here! No matter what you get! Great service! My favorite item from the menu is Shawarma Fries! The flavors are everything! The grilled vegetables and pickles/jalapeños. You guys have to check this place out!

Service is horrible. Said it would be 10 min. I'm standing here at 20 min.... They aren't even busy. 1 other customer came up.... All I ordered was the salmon and 1 side. ‍. That said the salmon was cooked to order (medium) and pretty tasty. The Mediterranean salad was . Wish the employee would have explained more about the foods and the proper way to order.

The food is absolutely spectacular, authentic and fresh. Such a Jem in the woodlands mall, can't wait to dine at their actual sit down restaurant!
