I have been coming to this bar for several years. The staff is friendly and the drinks are made to perfection.The bar features steak and shrimp night on Monday nights, live music on Tuesday nights, and Burger Night on Thursdays.The daytime bar tenders put out something to eat at lunch time, so if you are in the area at lunch time, you can get a cold drink and a quick bite.

Great place, amazing prices, and even better service. If you want to have a drink and relax, this is the spot. If you want to hang out with some kids and talk bs, go to Washington.

Came to see what the hype was about and was not disappointed!!! Will come back specifically for the service. Dave was the best. Hands down agree with the status of best dive bar in Houston.

Beer is ice cold, free lunch mon-fri til its gone. Burger night is Thursdays. Shannon grills one of the best burgers i have ever had. They are huge and juicy!! Comes with choice of cheese, assortment of chips and all the fixins all for $7!!! Sunk-in bar so seating is comfortable. Locals are fun and friendly. An easy going place to throw back a few with good tunes and a patio out back.

My friends and I hit this place up! It's so fun!! Great after party place! Very homey, and they have a sunken bar!

TA's is a very nice neighborhood pub. most night's there is something going. From live music, burgers, steak, always good times, while mostly an older crowd, there are a bunch of younger customers.the staff is friendly, the customers diverse, prices low, and the owner cute.I drop by whenever in the area.Try to ignore the jerk puking. Not sure where the pic was taken, I doubt it was at TA's, their parking lot is asphalt and carpet dark.

this is a great bar!the bartenders are terrific & they make excellent drinks & bring lunch for the patrons every day.live music every Tuesday night, no cover charge & free pool all day every Wednesday.Thursday night is burger night & it's a great 'come as you are bar!
