The food is very good, with large portions and wide variety. Most of the menu is purely authentic. The staff will help you decide what to order and how to prepare the meal at the table, if you need. The staff is extremely friendly, the best in the shopping center I have seen by far, so far.Inside is very clean, but expect it to be warm inside with a wait after 6:00 pm due to the heat from the food. Enjoy!

First time here, went for lunch and easy to get a table for four. Loved how we could have two different broths, so opted for the spicy beef tallow and mushroom broths. Then came the meats and veggies; tongue, 2 types of pork belly, spicy marinated beef, chicken, fish, shrimp balls and chicken balls. Also had cabbage, spinach, bok choy, enoki mushrooms, and pumpkin. The condiment bar for dipping your meats into was insanely comprehensive, including but not limited to sesame oil, soy sauce, cilantro, chili paste, ground peanuts, garlic, scallions and barbecue paste. This is a fun eating out option for a large group. We seriously over ordered, but got to take some broth and uncooked meats to go. Worth a visit.

A great hotpot restaurant close to Raleigh! They have lots of options, and isn't too expensive. You also don't have to pay for sauce bar, which was a very nice surprise. The service was good, and the food was great.

Delicious, excellent service, and filling for a little more expensive than what we usually get. I got the mini spicy beef broth. We went for Combo C. Enough food for four people at about $80 at the end of the day. Quality of food and sauces is spectacular. The sauces are especially nice because they're a build your own deal.Ambiance is nice, pretty modern and classy.

This was our first time trying Hot Pot, and it was pretty good. We must have looked confused because the server asked if it was our first time and explained everything on how to order. We had 3 people and decided on the combo for 2-3 people, which ended up being more than enough. These were my favorite items that I tried: the tomato broth, the fried bun with condensed milk, prime beef sliced meat, egg fried rice, and all the yummy veggies (especially squash). I loved the sauce-making station in the back, but their #2 sauce provided at the table was incredible. Overall, fun and delicious dining experience.

I've visited this location three times so far. It's the best hotpot in NC for me. The service is great, prices are reasonable, and the menu has many options to choose from. I love the sauce bar where customers can customize their own sauce. It's the sauce for me!...The ambience is relaxing, and chill. I will return to dine again soon. I recommend the garlic chicken, broccoli, prime beef, cilantro, and herbal chicken broth.

Tonight was my first time ever having hot pot!! The service was okay, however I wish the waitress had provided more of an explanation on the menu, portion sizes, and the hot pot process in general since my family and I didn't really know what we were doing. There was a whole sauce bar in the back that we were unaware of - happened to discover it on my way to the bathroom. We ordered 2 broth bases to try. My sister specified level 1 spicy, (the lowest level) for the broth she chose, but when it came out it ended up being extremely spicy to the point that we couldn't eat it at all so that was disappointing. Thankfully, the other broth we chose was delicious and not spicy at all. Overall, the ingredients seemed fresh and I really enjoyed the chicken broth, ramen, rice cakes, mushrooms, and chicken. The sea weed tasted funny to me so I would recommend skipping that. I loved the hot pot experience I just wish there had been a bit more guidance. I'm sure the next time will go smoother!
