Consistently good takeout. Went back again and tried some familiar dishes and one new one. Appetizers: Steamed meat dumplings - pretty basic, doughy, lots of meat.Spicy noodles - a spicy sauce over lo mein type noodles. Tasty. Cold noodles - peanut sauce over same lo mein type noodles. Very good, not spicy. Entrees:Singapore Mei Fun - Spicy with big chunks of chicken plus shrimp, beef, egg and veggies. Very good. Honey Walnut Shrimp - Big Shrimp, a bit different from other local places no cream sauce. Think General Tso sauce. Crispy Beef - Liked it when we tried this before, still decent. Shrimp & Chicken Fu-Chien Style - Half dish with large shrimp in white sauce and dish with crispy chicken in dark brown sauce. Shrimp Egg Foo Young - With 3 large pieces. Shrimp Chow Fun - wide noodles with shrimp and carrots. Very busy on a recent Friday night. They are starting to do dine in now and still have a brisk takeout volume.

Based on reviews and a gut feeling that Szechuan Hill would be great, I'm sorry to say it's not. The restaurant appears to do decent takeout business, but they've been hit hard by the pandemic. When we stopped by last week to eat inside, the owner/manager/person at the door said they expected to open but their server found other work.Determined to give them a leg up, we returned for takeout. The overall consensus: bland.Hot and sour soup had little taste. (As another Yelper pointed out, they have great broad crispy noodles.). I was hoping for bok choy and other Chinese vegetables with the shrimp, but there was a preponderance of broccoli and little else of interest. The sauce was so subtle it was barely detectable. Crispy beef was fine, but like everything else needed a tweak.Perhaps when things get back to business I'll give 'em another try. But for the meantime, it's on to other places.

I was coming here for years till last week. A few weeks prior I ordered chicken and broccoli. They forgot my rice. I called and asked if they would deliver the rice. They said no but they will give me an extra rice next time. I ordered last week and asked for an egg roll instead of the extra white rice. They refuse. I reminded her that I come weekly and why can't they compromise with me. They messed up my order. I told them I will not order from them again. It was just an egg roll not a meal. They don't value customers.

I've been eating here for almost 20 years. This is my go to Chinese restaurant. They have the best pork fried rice, crispy spring rolls, hot and sour soup, and bbq ribs.Their complimentary crispy wontons with house hot mustard and duck sauce are a must! Give them a try!

I've never eaten at Szechuan Hill but have been getting takeout there for years. They are always very friendly and quick and the food is fresh. Szechuan Hill is always consistent and I have never had a problem! They are a great spot for basic Chinese takeout.

I drove 40 minutes to get food from this restaurant because they usually have the best Chinese food around. We usually get something from there once per month. Not anymore. Their quality started to suffer during the pandemic but I was giving them the benefit of the doubt. Not anymore. They forgot to include the Sweet&Sour sauce that makes the entire entree edible. Otherwise, the chicken is bland and the vegetables that come with it are I tried to eat it without it and with the duck sauce but both bites were disgusting. I am not driving 40 minutes each way so I just threw out the entree. My family and I will find a restaurant close by and give them the $40-50 we would spend there. I won't be coming back
