Sweet Nation

This review is long overdue. As a new bride, Ive been on the hunt for a baker to help create my ideal wedding cake. Sweet Nation was my first contact. From the initial contact to the last, customer service was excellent. I was able to order a cake box of samples to go, which was convenient and hassle free. I was able to select 8 samples( the caramel cake was by favorite). When I arrived to pick up the cake box, I had the please to meet the owner, Mariana. She was/is a sweetheart & personalable. Instead of handing me the cake box and sending me on my way, Mariana took the time to get to know me and details about my wedding. She thoroughly shared her create process, her journey to becoming a baker, and details about her Pastry Academy. She expressed pride in being a family owned business that stays true to quality. I was overwhelmed with joy at her kindness and interest in ensuring her customers received quality service. I left that day confident that whether I use Sweet Nation for my wedding or another event, I will support this business and recommend them for bakery services.

Mariana and Jessie are amazing artists! Their cakes are just as delicious as they are beautiful and did not disappoint. So many guests couldn't get over how gorgeous our wedding cake was along with how great it tasted. The raspberry amaretto cream cheese cake flavor was divine. Mariana was able to capture the ideal cake for my wedding and made it look like it was part of the decor. The dessert table was an absolute hit with our guests as well. I highly recommend going this route. I think the desserts lasted about 5 minutes before they were gone. From the macaroons to the cake shots nothing was left. Mariana is the definition of professionalism and is a credit to her craft. She was so easy to work with and made the planning process enjoyable. I can't wait to use her again for any upcoming life events!

Wonderfully kind Baker with amazing talent. Mariana's mom made my wedding cake a few years ago. When I needed a cake for my sister's baby shower, I knew I wanted to work with them again. Mariana has since taken on that legacy and she did a fabulous job! She worked very hard to help me design our dream cake and a set of cookies made while accommodating a difficult dairy allergy. Our guests were impressed by how beautiful everything looked and equally impressed by how great it tasted. She really is amazing!
