No frills but fantastic Thai food. It's a little restaurant in a strip mall but don't let that fool you. The food is on point. The portion sizes are very big! I believe the owners were the ones serving and the lady was very nice while serving my party. In my opinion, this place would be better for take out but I'm definitely eating this food again.

Met up with some friends for lunch on a Sunday. The place is small, casual, nicely decorated, and clean. Our waitress was attentive and kind. We started off with some papaya salad and Thai tea. We did a medium on the spice for the papaya salad. Be warned that medium may be very hot for those who can't handle spicy. The papaya salad was on point and delicious. We finished it all. We ordered and shared the chicken drunken noodles, tofu pad Thai, and beef laab. We all loved the noodle dishes. Both tasted very distinct and flavorful. The beef laab, I've had better. Flavor was just okay. I would highly recommend them to ground their meats when making laab. Traditionally, laab is made with ground beef. Overall experience was really good. I would definitely come back and try more things on their menu.

I'm so glad to be back here after what feels like forever. There are just too many great restaurants to try in Denver. But I have to say, this place really stands out. Year after year, it continues to be my favorite Thai restaurant in the city. They are so friendly, helpful, and kind. And the food is always on point. Flavorful, fresh, and I especially love a few of their more unique items (like the curry puffy and the taro puff). They have 8 four-tops in the restaurant, but they aren't packed together. You could come with a large group, but I would call ahead so they can rearrange the seating for you. It's a small local spot that also does all fair share delivery orders it seems... so I have never seen them run out of tables, but it does get a little busier during prime dinner hours. I definitely hope more folks try out this amazing local gem!

Suvipa makes some seriously good Thai food in the most unassuming of spaces. A small spot in a strip mall it only has a handful of tables but does a great takeout business. The noodles and curries are delicious and the spice levels are legit. Give them a call for takeout or stop in to eat some of the best Thai in Denver!

Had family in town- foodies from SoCal- and they found this gem. I typically don't head to Federal Blvd for Thai, and I guess I've been mistaken. This place was DELICIOUS!!! Every item was sooooo good! Highly recommend the fried rice (see my photos).

Holy Basil! My restaurant-savvy daughter has been interested in Suvipa for quite sometime and this week we finally made it here. Some unique touches to Thai food exist here that we have not found at other favorite Thai spots. Run by two senior Thai ladies, the food seems very fresh and made to order. The green curry with tofu was an avocado green, chocked full of fresh veggies, and had a great flavor going on in there. The Crispy Holy Basil Chicken with Noodles was most unique. I never heard of holy basil before, but I am now a fan. It appears to be flash fried basil of a certain species. The Sweet Rice with Mango was magical, see photo attached.Service is very laid back. Take as long as you wish to eat, then head up to the "office" to pay. It didn't take long for the food we ordered to appear. Water glasses were refilled several times.Ambiance: let's just say you don't eat here to be charmed by the strip mall atmosphere on South Federal Blvd. That said, the ladies have done a good job with limited resources to make the place pleasant enough.

Highly recommend this spot for delicious Thai food that is also a good sized portion for the cost. This is the first Thai place I've found in Denver that I'm excited to order from again. It is not the fanciest on the inside but it is exceptionally clean. Also, the older lady that was running the register and greeting customers was so sweet and kind. She made sure that my order was correct and apologized for the wait which was fine because I was early. She also brought me out a cup of water while I was waiting which was so kind. Only warning is that Thai food can be spicy so when they say hot, it's hot!Food: 10/10Service: 11/10

Got the pad thai to-go. Tofu tastes like cardboard, the eggs were grey-ish and, there wasn't much flavor to the dish. The veggie egg rolls consisted mostly of noodles... Quite disappointed based on other reviews I read before going. Will not be finishing my food or going back.

this was once labeled the best Thai in Denver. and I agreed. I went yesterday, September 8, ordered some food, sat down. And I immediately noticed about 20 flies, swarming around myself and my husband. It was kind of disgusting. I also took a peek in the kitchen and I wish I never had, and now it made sense why there are so many flies around the establishment. it's a shame. It was very good food but will never eat again. It was a disgusting, unsanitary, unkempt. I'm not even sure how they are open.
