I'm sad to see quality and experience go down in the last few years. We stopped by for dinner and ordered 4 half rolls and just water: Miami, SuViche, La Cruda Verdad, and Spicy Salmon roll. The rice was hard and tasted old but we didn't complain and finished our food. I was excited to use my rewards I had been saving for awhile. When we got the bill it was $80+ but didn't realize until we paid and asked for a receipt. We were charged for 3 full rolls in addition to the 4 half rolls we ordered! We complained right away and got refunded the amount of the three rolls but not the tip to compensate. We tipped 65% of our bill. So ridiculous! BE CAREFUL! I want to assume she made an honest mistake and didn't do it to inflate the tip. So sad to see things go down.

Visited Miami for the first time and was recommended this place. They serve Peruvian and Japanese mix cuisine. I really enjoyed my ceviche which tasted fresh. The staff were very helpful with understanding the menu. The restaurant is small but there is limited outdoor and indoor seating.

I cannot express enough how thrilled I am with my experience at Suviche in Brickell, Miami. As a frequent visitor to Miami, I make it a point never to miss the opportunity to indulge in their delectable ceviche offerings, and once again, they did not disappoint.Today, being in town from Chicago, we decided to have our favorite, the Ceviche SuVama, delivered to our hotel in Brickell. From the moment we opened the containers, we were greeted with the unmistakable freshness and vibrant flavors that Suviche is renowned for. The Ceviche SuVama was a perfect blend of tangy citrus notes and fresh seafood, leaving our taste buds dancing with delight. In addition to the ceviche, we also savored the spicy tuna roll, which was equally impressive. Each bite was bursting with flavor, showcasing the expertise of the sushi chefs at Suviche. What truly set this experience apart was the exceptional customer service. Upon placing our order, I requested silverware, plenty of soy sauce packets, and some corn nuts. Not only were our requests accommodated promptly, but they were also delivered to our hotel as promised, ensuring that our meal was enjoyed to the fullest. In conclusion, Suviche continues to exceed my expectations with their outstanding cuisine and impeccable service. Whether dining in or enjoying their offerings from afar, Suviche never fails to deliver a memorable culinary experience. I cannot recommend them highly enough and look forward to my next visit to Miami to indulge once again in their mouthwatering creations.

We order all the time from this Suviche location, we were in the area and decided to stop by. First thing I noticed was indoor seating, it's almost nonexistent. There's two chairs in the inside and a couple of cramped tables on the outside. This is Miami, it's hot and humid most of the year so I don't know what they were thinking here. They have fans, but it just blows warm air at you. Our waitress was sweaty, but nice and attentive. The food is good, it hasn't disappointed yet. Unless it's around the holiday season when the weather is nice, I won't come back to eat here. I'll keep ordering out.

Their menu is extensive with causas, rice and noodle dishes in addition to sushi and ceviche. Sushi was good but have had better (Pubbelly for one)! Love the authentic ceviche though, complete with leche de tigre and Peruvian corn. Small nitpicks: 1. They only have outdoor seating so will be batting away flies. 2. Will have to pay for bottled water, no tap water available

Great sushi and ceviche in a fast casual setting. Prices were very fair. The aji de gallina bombs were good too

This place comes very close to the ceviche quality I had in Peru. If you're in the Brickell area, stop by for lunch. The lomo saltado is also great and washing everything back with a refreshing michelada is the cherry on top

Found this place after flying into Miami for the first time on a Saturday night. This is a quaint restaurant with bold Peruvian and Japanese flavors. Our kind server brought over roasted corn nuts which were a nice treat to have. We ordered a sushi roll, their signature ceviche and the Bang Bang shrimp. The food was packed with flavor and freshly prepared. We did order a rice dish which they forgot to bring but our palettes were overloaded with flavor that we didn't mind the 3 dishes we had. Out of all the dishes, I would say that the ceviche was my favorite.I wish I could have caught our server's name because they were extremely kind and explained the menu well for us. This was my first taste of Miami and I am glad we stumbled upon this place. If I'm ever in Miami again, I'll be sure to stop by Suviche again.
