If I could give this place 10 stars I would. Dropped by while we were hanging at the bars. First of all, absolutely loved the decor. The table with the hanging seats were the cutest, you know we had to do a photo shoot. The service was impeccable, the sushi didn't disappoint and what topped it off was the desserts!! Jesus, the cake was delish but that soufflé was TO DIE FOR. In fact, I can't wait to go back because I keep thinking about it. Do yourself a favor and get it. Also, the cost wasn't bad for all of us getting adult beverages each with 2 rolls and 2 desserts.

We went to eat here during Miami Spice. We ordered from the Miami Spice menu, plus a few items from the regular. The food was great! The atmosphere is a chill vibe there are swings where you can sit. It's a nice place to have cocktails with some friends or even a date night.

The food was good, we had three rolls and some interesting flavors, Truffle roll, Plantain roll and Almost Perfect roll. I am no sushi expert but the truffle and plantain ones were not great and the almost perfect was really good. A bit overpriced for what the food was. The ambience is super nice, comfort and colorful. During the day, the daylight really makes the decor shine. The services was okay, I speak Spanish but my friends don't and I had to translate because our waitress didn't speak English. He also complained when I asked him to do separate checks for the three people that were there. Besides that he was okay.

SuViche in Doral is gorgeous. I love the ambiance walking in. The interior designer here needs their props. From their gorgeous walls to their hanging egg chairs and swings, they give off the perfect date night vibe. It's been a few years since I had SuViche and even then it was at another location so this location really wow'ed me. I didn't know what I wanted to eat so I ordered a few things that sparked my interest. The food here is a 9/10. Delicious! The only reason why I am not giving them 5 stars is because I had an issue - there was a prominent strand of hair in my mahi mahi ceviche. When I told someone, they did not apologize. I told them I just wanted it removed and taken off the check. She asked if I wanted a remake and I said no. I then continued to enjoy the rest of my food. I really enjoyed the light chips they served alongside the tasty salmon tartare. This is something I would order again. My date and I also devoured the bang bang roll. I loved that they placed the shrimp on top instead of inside the roll. Last, I had the lomo saltado bowl with udon noodles. It was overly sauced but had a good flavor. The ratio was off. There were far more noodles than there were of steak tenderloin pieces. But a solid dinner.When the check came, my boyfriend paid it immediately. After he paid it, I asked if they removed the ceviche and he said he didn't check. Long story short, they didn't. They didn't apologize or seem to care enough to remove it off the check for us. We did pay for it and had to contact someone to remove it and refund us that portion. It was annoying but we did have a good night here.

I totally recommend having their seafood tartar and the chupe for starters. Seafood ceviche can't recall the name selection but was something like Nondon and the TNT roll... drinks are just like any other place. The Micheladas missing the tomatoes juice for my liking. Will I return, yes and sit in one of their swing chairs... service was good and the crowd was nice...

Carlos the bartender was attentive, available and helpful with food and drink options for happy hour (3-7 pm daily)! Whatever dish you get, it will be made fresh and with great flavor. The ceviche for happy hour ($7) is plentiful and satisfying, albeit a little overly salty, and the tataki is syrupy, savory and citrusy, with great texture from crushed peanuts and smooth avocado slices. The aji de gallina bombs are warm, crispy, rich and cheesy, with a great combination of shredded chicken and rice inside.The inside is always fun to sit in because of the basket swings that they have hanging next to tables and in the back. There's no doubt you've taken or seen someone take a photo sitting in those swings.They have $5 wines and sake and $7 cocktails, mainly Pisco sours. Where else can you find prices like those these days? I had a hot sake carafe for $5 and am completely happy. Go by for happy hour and be truly happy!

My coworkers and I decided to come to SuViche to celebrate a coworkers birthday at Happy Hour. The Happy Hour menu did not disappoint. All the food I tried was delicious. The edamame had so much flavor. They were one of my favorite. My second favorite was definitely the chicken causa. It was sooooo good and lemony. I do wish the restaurant had been a bit more lively and had some music playing. It was pretty quiet and dead. Other than that, excellent experience and service!

Came to try their happy hour (3-7) specials, have a drink (sunrise cocktail with Tahin) really good, and enjoy the beautiful Miami weather. So their natural ceviche was fresh, their Lomito bites were good, but wished for a little more lomito, but all in all good also tried the perfect roll was pretty perfect. Plenty of shrimp, avocado, eel sauce. Super Yum. The spicy tuna roll was the only one that wasn't that good just didn't really taste the flavors, it didn't come together. Great happy hour prices. And as a plus we got some ground seats for free for the Miami open. Carlos our server was great! Will be back.
