Since day 1 I have always had an amazing experience. Owners and staff are very friendly and attentive. Service is awesome , your table will never be messy and your water will never by empty. Food is always out in a timely manner. Quality has always been 10/10. Nice sized rolls and there rice dishes are massive (enough for 2). Music is also 60-80s so it really sets the scene.If you like sushi, you'll love Sushi Rock

Staff were very welcoming, happy, and patient with us as it was our first time dining. Server answered any questions and made suggestions. Food was made fresh and it was delicious! A nice portion of food for price. Restaurant was clean and calm. Would visit again if in the area. Thanks for a good lunch date.

This past weekend we decided to have some dinner at a nice homey sushi bar in the Pinecrest area called Sushi Rock. Here you will find several classic rolls plus some great unique creations only found in this restaurant. We ordered the Spicy tuna lover roll and the fisherman roll which came with raw plump scallops on the inside and sliced shrimp and avocado on top. Both rolls were delicious and very fresh, and a very good portion size. Continuing with our scallops theme we ordered their grilled scallops on skewers which were also tasty and came with great sweet dipping sauce. We got two additional items the Boston roll with shrimp and lettuce and steamed shrimp dumplings. For dessert we ordered an ice cream tempura which was one of the best we had in a long time. For a solid night of sushi there is nothing like sushi rock!!

I have been coming to sushi rock for close to 20 years. Lately, they have redecorated the interior, and the ambiance is fun and enjoyable! In particular, I loved how they decorated for the holidays! I usually order to-go, but because of the decor, we stayed and ordered in!They have a nice vegetarian combo with the vegetable roll, nigiri, and a hand roll. The ginger side salad is a nice size. I have also enjoyed their vegetable tempura in the past, and I appreciate when they have accommodated me when I request a custom simple vegetarian roll. We hope they will be around for a long time!

I love this spot! Have been coming here for over about 15 years! The staff is great, they always are kind and the ambiance is a cool vibe. The food is good and their ginger salad is one of my favorites in miami. Tuna tataki is always a good choice and the chicken stir-fry is amazing. My husband loves the salmon dragon roll. Come here for great food in Pinecrest.

We found a new favorite Thai restaurant in this tiny strip mall in Pinecrest. We love their spicy chicken and crispy basil duck. It's family owned and they are very personable & nice. They also have a sushi bar to accompany. Portions are quite larger than most. They also offer a 20% discount if paying will CASH!! This is a plus, in this day and age , as going out to eat can become quite expensive. it's become our go to, for Thai..

Ended up with terrible food poisoning after ordering dinner from here. I even had to go to the ER for the terrible stomach pain and CT in fact confirmed inflammation of my bowels due to the food I consumed. Don't eat from this place. Do yourself a favor and order a pizza instead!!

Arrived about 9:20 pm. Same decor and music was great. Staff was friendly and attentive. Ordered chicken Katsu...came crispy and plentiful. Ordered sashimi appetizer... disappointed with presentation and taste. Literally served fish on ice cubes with a piece of lettuce on the side as garnish. Nothing artsy as menu states. Sliced fish of salmon, tuna and "white tuna"...all had an old refrigerator taste at first bite. It also was not even sliced well, salmon had dangling corners and mostly uneven and chunky. This was fine, realizing coming in at this time. However, it was totally unacceptable to start cleaning the sewer trap!!, Yes the sewer trap, which by the way is located right behind the sushi bar. Really! The gas and smell was just horrendous. Waitress tried to cover up with floral spray but the gas was too much. She was very apologetic and said the food was on the house. Like we were going to stay or pack the food to go. All that fish!, everything else!... at that bar and our meals were contaminated! I felt bad for the waitress...apparently it was too much for her as well as she was outside. Such a disappointment to say the least.

door dasher here, this restaurant constantly sets modile orders as ready for pick up when they're not. they make the driver wait 15 mins there by making the pick and drop off late to the customer.

I absolutely love this place, have been going for years and everyone is super friendly and the sushi is made fresh right at the sushi bar! The decor is amazing and so is the food!
