Sushi Hai

Been a little while since ordering and was pleased to find the sushi still great. We ordered by phone discovering a pretty good savings over delivery. Food was ready on time with clear directions where to go for pickup. Tried the tempura sushi with shrimp. It's fine but I like more traditional preparation which they do very well. Spicy tuna roll is the best. They have a spicy edamame that isn't to be missed. For three people we spent $100 but had enough for one lunch the next day. I recommend them.

Sushi hai has become a regular place we go each month. They offer a themed beer pong tournament in the bottom bar each month. We love all the workers. They are so friendly and remember us each time we come in. The sushi is pretty delicious and the drinks are awesome. Our favorite app is the gyoza for sure!

Walked in and got a table right away/. Service was fast. Servers were always attentive. Had Mile High, Las Vegas, & unagi rolls. They were all delicious. We also ordered hamachi kama that was cooked perfectly and very delicious.

I have been craving surf n turf sushi ever since I tried it at Sprouts. I heard this place had it and wanted to try it fresh. I walked into a completely empty restaurant and I had to ask if they were open. They were fully staffed but no customers. It was nice to have the restaurant to myself to take pictures of my menu and food without other people looking, however. I started with the Kani Poppers. They were AMAZING! I love the crisp of the crust and the crunch of the jalapeños. The cream cheese added some creaminess to the mix and the sauce on top added the sweetness that tied all of the flavors together. It was a well balanced and filling appetizer. Of course for my entree I got the Surf n Turf Roll. I must say I expected a lot more flavor wise. The flavor of the filet mignon on top fell flat, and they stuffed the roll with a lot of avocado which I am not a fan of but I don't mind in sushi because usually there is only a small amount. The cold roll that I bought at Sprouts was way better and a lot more affordable which was disappointing to me. I will have to keep looking for a better surf n turf roll in Denver. I will say the service was good and the staff was friendly.

We had dinner there. My wife like the sushi so much. The calamari was so also good, well-seasoned. They have variety rolls in plate. Spicy tuna was great and I like the kick of the spiciness. Other Japanese food it taste so good and worth to try. Excellent restaurant!

I'm sorry but I got a food allergy from this place . Never had problems with sushi until I decided to order from this place, it was empty when I arrived. I should have known then

Chef's Choice was totally worth it. Shared between 2 people, it comes with so all kinds of sashimi, nigiri, and they present it beautifully on a boat. The fish is fresh and for $60, it was a great deal. We also got the lobster bisque and had sake on the side. Docked a star for the tables next to us, not really Sushi Hai's fault but more the other people in the restaurant. There was a private party in one of the rooms and a table outside of it that seemed to be the same party. People kept walking back and forth into the room, they were obnoxious, and in the current state of the world, maybe don't go to to restaurant with 15 people.

Tien the owner and the entire sushi hai team are amazing for any and all events and service. The space is beautiful and she will do everything she can to help decorate and make your event special. The food quality and price are unbeatable and the full bar, options for karaoke, or just a small private room for smaller groups, to a casual lunch there's something for everyone at sushi hai!

Grabbed some rolls to go. It was not great, but not terrible (or sickening). To go area is a weird downstairs bar. Rolls were ready on time, but they weren't very cold or kept cool. They actually were almost warm which really disgusted me.

First time trying this place out, everyone was incredibly nice and we even got two seared salmon pieces on the house. The sushi was absolutely delicious and the service was super fast. Will definitely be going here regularly!
