Went at about 3pm on a Sunday and was glad to see it wasn't crowded, not more than 50% of tables filled. They seated us and served us promptly. It'smy first time going for Mongolian stir fry so have nothing to compare it to but I thought there was a good number of protein and vegetable options. (At least 14 protein types and vegetables each). It sucks that you can't take your leftovers home like some other Mongolian stir fry places friends have told me about. Overall would recommend, esp for a day when one is really hungry in order to get the most bang for your buck.

This interactive place allows you to put as much spice and heat and ingredients as you can fit in the bowl. You start at the table where you make out your place card. Choose what kind of rice or noodles you want with your dish. Add your table number and name. Take the card and put on a tray at the serving line. Then take the bowl they gave u at the table and put proteins, spices, butter (if u want), egg and vegetable. What u put in the bowl is what they cook on the grill. Last stop before you turn in your tray is to pick sauce(s), my two favorite sauces are the Mongolian and Garlic. Then slide your tray to the grill folks. This would be great for vegetarians or carnivores alike, as you choose what you like. PS they had shrimp and calamari for protein choices the day I was there. When your food is done they will bring it to your table in a nice sized bowl and then you get to enjoy. My favorite is the teriayaki chicken with ginger powder, garlic powder, green onions, carrot, onion, celery, broccoli, bean sprouts and udon noodles. I put the Mongolian and garlic sauce on mine. It was yummy (pun intended). Oh, and the fortune cookies were nice and fresh (crisp and slightly sweet). Was a nice way to end the meal. The wait staff will also bring you drinks. They were pretty attentive the day my party of 9 was there. Some of my party also ordered 2 shaggy dogs and 1 order of cream cheese fried dumplings for the table. They said those were good. Tip: put egg on tray. You will need all the room in your bowl for meat and veggies. Also, it may take a couple of trips to this restaurant to get the right combo of spices, ingredients and sauces to get it just like you like. You can change it up til you get it perfect. Hope you enjoy!

The food is ok but I also am not the kind to like Japanese food. The service is good but 30% of people don't speak English. Overall you should go it taste good.

The service was great! Very helpful to guide me through the ordering process. It was nice and quiet at lunch on a Friday. Not too busy but not too slow either. The food was great! I loved building my own stir fry bowl. The sake was great too!

Haven't been here in a really long time. It was cold so why not get something healthy and warm. Got the Lion King Rolls for apps but it's a meal in itself. Went ate my Lion King Rolls btw I didn't eat all of those by myself my daughter helped . The waitress brought us our bowls and oh my goodness--so good!!!Definitely not staying away! FYI the decor need's updating however the food is amazing look past it folks!

honestly not from the area, i travel for work and I've been into a lot of restaurants in my life. one of the best customer service experience. The host (Kathy) did an outstanding job, she was very attentive with each individual guest, she was very descriptive and communicative about the entire experience. the kitchen staff was very helpful and guided me through the sauce bar. Every body seemed very happy and comfortable in their environment made me want to come back.

Spontaneously stopped by this place while out shopping. This place is really cute and very clean! The service was really fast! You go up with a bowl and pick the things you want in your stir fry. I got the chicken and steak with some veggies and the garlic soy sauce. It came out DELICIOUS! Highly recommend.

You might see a small Mongolian restaurant in the middle of a busy section in Tomball and think it's not worth your time, but I'm asking you to give it a try! I'm tellin' yah, Super Yummy is super yummy!Coming in through the door, you'll be greeted by a lovely staff member, who will take you to your table. The ceiling is high, with warm lights with black and deep red accents. The chatter of people over the music that plays overhead is welcoming and inviting. The aroma of the food is enticing, accompanied by the sizzling sound of the food on the griddle. At Super Yummy, their stirfry is customizable with the ingredients they provide. They have tons of different options, from shrimp and tofu to pineapple and bamboo, along with three noodle options, three rice options, and so many spices you can add. On top of everything, they have over ten different sauces that you can pick and choose from. They also offer Sushi and Pho, along with other traditional Mongolian or Japanese dishes in case you're not a fan of stirfry like my brother. This place is affordable, and worth every dollar. The Chefs cook the food right behind the counter, where you can see it, and they take great care to make sure to distribute the best food they can. All the food is raw when you first pick it out, so you can get it fresh off the cooking plate. The waitstaff and the Chefs were so kind and answered every question I had with a smile, and they're so quick at their job, we got tabled and served faster than I could blink! I unfortunately didn't get to meet the owner, but I'm sure they're nice too.The food was amazing, and the idea of customizable food is genius. The ambiance of the place was comforting and had a traditional Asian feel, with a touch of modernity from the neon lights and the music they played. The staff was super sweet friendly, and efficient. But, the water tastes a little like chlorine and it ends up affecting the lemonade, the whole setup is super confusing your first time, and I went with someone who knew what they were doing! Also, occasionally they have a busy day and end up charring your food, which still tastes good, just it's an unexpected flavor. Also, if you have allergies (like peanuts or shrimp) You might want to watch out because all the food is cooked on the same plate. Overall, I would rate this place an 8.5 out of 10. It's my family's go-to restaurant when we all go out, and I would definitely recommend it. It's affordable and delicious, and there will be something for everyone there, just as long as you're careful of allergies.
