Really cute place with a bit of everything. I found the ice cream a little overpriced, but what isn't these days? The donuts, however, were exquisite. Especially if you catch them when they are still warm. Friendly staff and lovely atmosphere. It's good to have an ice cream place near by.

We went through the drive-thru here and got some donuts for a family movie night. This is such a cute idea. A few notes here:They were served in styrofoam. The container was melted because they were put in straight from being fried. I'd love to see these served in some cardboard boxes with some paper lining or something. Styrofoam seems like the wrong container for these. I think this is the kind of thing that is life-changing-amazing when eaten fresh and hot. We ate them hours later and they were good, but not great. Next time I will try them hot. On the positive, there are a lot of varieties to choose from because they're all the same donut recipe and just drizzled with flavor options. I wish you could order more flavors in a box. We just tried two for a whole dozen because it was the max amount of flavors they offered on 12. The service was also really great. They were so nice and efficient. We will try it again and maybe dine in there for the full experience.

I might be obsessed with llamas, but I'm definitely not obsessed with Sugar llamas! It's in the developing part of Magnolia, on FM 1488...so you'll have to also keep in mind the area of town and the inhabitants that share a different standard of food and service here, anything cute will pass? They were understaffed for sure. I saw a few people behind the counter, but only one with a smile and hustling in the back. A bit of advice, if you advertise in your shop and online that a free mini donut comes with a purchase of your drink, don't use the excuse that you're understaffed and won't be honoring that just because you're busy. They're mini cinnamon sugar dusted donuts, it's not a French pastry...have a sheet of them made before the day starts...pretty disappointing to say the least. Cute concept on the donuts. We ordered half a dozen and some coffees. Their seasonal coffee Included a brown sugar, white chocolateMacadamia, and pumpkin spice, but I think the brown sugar wasn't available...also, a huge turn-off, when you order donuts, you're only limited to one flavor for the half a dozen...especially for your target audience, which are kids, who is going to just stick with one flavor? To extend the option to at least up to three flavors, it would be nice.... Coffees were all mediocre. Watered down, barely any flavor....donuts were worth it, especially the mini cinnamon donuts and in the winter with some apple cider...the donuts were bite size, cute, and the batter was delicious...Cute concept, but executed poorly.

What a fun new place opening in the rapidly growing town of Magnolia. With a menu focused on coffee, mini donuts and ice cream, this is a welcome addition. The donuts are cooked to order and have a menu of two dozen or so "favorites" but they are open to whatever creativity you bring to the table. They are new but eager to please so grace is given for forgotten beverages. They didn't question the oversight and immediately went to work creating the missing drinks. The interior is playful and casually upbeat. Decor is fresh. Grab some napkins and enjoy!

The service was great! Atmosphere is upbeat, colorful and positive! We ordered 2- iced Coffees made with oat milk. French Vanilla was just sweet enough for those who don't want a ton of sugar. The caramel machiatto was a tad sweeter but not by much and had a delicious depth to it. Next we order 16 mini donuts so that we could try out the flavors. We decided on sopapilla, bam berry and turtle. All were wonderful! I don't know that there would be one we wouldn't like..? So we totally recommend this new gem located in the newer part of Magnolia Tx! Oh! And I can't forget the banana pudding icecream... hands down best we've ever tried!

Found this cute doughnut shop the other day even before their official grand opening and loved the product. They serve mini doughnuts about the size of a golf ball and dress them with different toppings. My favorite is the Lemmon bar. They make different coffees and other drinks, you get a free doughnut with a drink

Very good. A niche treat. Mini donut bites. Many flavors and toppings to choose from. Decent selection and all made fresh to order. Clean place very neat. A few other options are available. Easy to find in a large plaza on 1488. Would repeat. Prices are decent too.

This place is super cute and they have a lot of great things to choose from. Even though they have been under staffed when we have been there a few times, the people working there are so nice and helpful. The coffee, ice cream and donuts are really good. Will definitely be back

Rockwall location On March 9th, between 5p and 6p, my daughters and I visited Sugar Llamas to patronize the small business. This is my 3rd or 4th time visiting the location, since discovering it via the Ad Pages. I pulled in thru the Drive-Thru with my daughters and decided to inquire about and purchase a "mixer drink" specifically the blue colored one on the drive thru billboard. (I loved the colored, reminded me of Ocean Water). Nevertheless, I pulled forward and handed the young lady my coupon, she looked puzzled, I can only assume it was not working. She grabbed an adult to assist her, and the lady said, "Oh the coupon does not work on Red Bull drinks, and there's no way around it." I said, "Oh okay, where does it say it at?". I asked that question cause 1) it is not mentioned/printed on the Ad Pages coupon ad nor the drive-thru advertisement. Her response was it does not, but I can make you tea or lemonade instead. At this point I am puzzled because a few things are going through my head on how this could have went. So, because Sugar Llama failed to specify the clarifications of the coupon and how this could have ended positively and a teaching moment for the store associate, customer and the business she simply closed the window and I drove off. Unsure if Sugar Llama cares, but at this moment you lost a paying customer (remember I had already patronized prior). You lost 2 additional paying customers in my backseat (my working teenager daughters). So instead of the store associate doing a one-time courtesy to honor the coupon, she was willing to one of three things.1. Trash the drink (waste the RedBull)2. Hate the play the race card but it was because I was a black consumer, and she was not going to make the exception this one time. Make it right Today and going forward specify or give clarity of the coupon usage. False advertisement, you stated one thing yet did something opposite.3. Or Drink it or gift it to another consumer4. You lost a Word of Mouth opportunity for me to tell others about your establishmentIn closing in your "About Us" statement you state, we started our journey on a mission....to treat our fellow Tulsan's to a sugary experience unlike anything they've ever seen. This was not the experience I had on March 9th. Please feel free to reach out to me for further insight.

I choose to give this business one star for the purpose of posting. This business has given 2 strikes in my opinion and there will not be a third. It ends at 2. This business is shameful to say the least and ungodly at best.First, my husband and I were not treated like the "rest" of the customers when we attempted to support this new business in the community months ago. I decided to ignore what prejudice I perceived.Second, my daughter, an honors college student entered this business recently to inquire about their "Now Hiring" sign. She was met by a middle aged lady who seemingly shared that she was so sorry that the positions were filled and that they were not only "NOT HIRING", but that she "forgot" to remove the sign. Here we are 3 weeks later, the sign is still up. So, we had a friend call to inquire about a job here and she was met with a TOTALLY different response. She was told that they were indeed hiring. Obviously her staff was contradicting her initial statement.I'm not sure what type of prejudice this business owner may hold, but in the eyes of God, this discrimination is despicable. This is less about a job than it is about prejudice. Businesses like this do not last long AT ALL. That could be why they are currently struggling....What prejudice you sow- you will reap....people find a reason NOT to patronize your business and will gladly choose a more welcoming option for ALL!
