This place is slammed for lunch rush by all the local businesses, area contractors, and whoever else wants a somewhat healthy meal out of a sack. I went at noon and there were about eight people in line in front of me. There was about the same amount of guys from a landscaping company who had just sat with their meals. Four organized workers knocked out each order one by one. I was in and out in less than 15 minutes. The employees were jovial and making jokes with each other and the customers. Place looked well maintained and the serving line was fresh and clean. I'm not much for fast food but this is a good place for quick sack meal.

It's subway, not much to say about the food. It's a sandwich it's consistent. The employees can make or break a visit to anywhere and the guy working in this particular subway was not only on top of his game but also one of the friendliest people you could ever meet! He turned a regular sandwich shop into a very pleasant experience! More people need to have a positive outlook like him.

I jokingly heard the other day that the first rule of business is to "not make it difficult for the customer to give you their money". Apparently this subway transcends this advice by turning away cash. I'm annoyed by any business that insists I have to buy a sandwich on credit because they have a policy against $50 bills (on a $12 purchase, I don't think I'm asking too much).I guess I have to ensure I have closer to exact change before revisiting this location.

What an excellent place to be! As soon as you walk in the door, the employees immediately make eye contact. They are friendly and most accommodating with you order(s)I called 2 other Subways in Sugar Land and they told me that they could not assist me because my order was too big. Luckily, I didn't give up and called the this location. They assured that they'd have my order and have it on time and that is exactly what they did.The owner should know he/she has great employees. Thanks again!

I only write reviews when I have multiple terrible experiences. (5+ times) This Subway takes the cake for being the worst, and I've had Subway in the North-East.1) This location is in Sweetwater/Sugarland. By basic economic principle, you would hope that the quality of service reflects the community. The community is great, nice people, educated, and don't treat you bad. This Subway represents everything wrong with society. Rejected human beings who hate their life and work here. I get it, subway isn't a dream job, but you're making sandwiches, not curing cancer. You're also a teenager/young adult- how hard is your life, if you can dedicate majority of your day to making sub-par sandwiches in a suburb?2) The place is clean, so good job on learning how not be filthy.3) There is usually two consistent people who literally act life is out to get them. For instance, on a recent visit when the store was empty, one employee was watching youtube videos and was FRUSTRATED that I would come and interrupt her to purchase food. I'm sorry, didn't know Subway was selective. She than proceeded to stare at me, confused as to why I was here. "oh hello, thanks for asking me what I would like to order, on what type of bread, the length of the product". 4) story continued! I have SIMPLE sandwiches (veggie). She than proceeded to throw cheese in the MIDDLE of the bread on the crack of the bread like okay, ill just have melted string cheese. She than let it toast for TWO CYCLES while she stood there. Can you not hear the timer beeping? she pulls it out, throws it on the surface and proceeds to THROW the vegetables on the sandwich. She has no aim (which is why shes working this job and not playing sports), so half the product ends up on the floor. But seriously, one tomato, two cucumbers, five spinach leaves... really? Are you financially committed to the ingredients you are allowed to give customers? If you were me, you would prob go crazy on the shitty quality and lack of ingredients being used. AMAZING how they treat you when they have similar experiences themselves. 5) anyways, half way through she realized she cant pack all her veggies in the crack, so she starts PUNCHING MY SANDWICH. at this point, I am debating on walking out and not dealing with it. she puts a dollop of sauce in the middle, and than wraps my sandwich where my one tomato rolled out. in all, this was a tuesday at 3pm. no rush hour, no business, just a regular day. THis isn't the first time this has happened at this location. The quality of service is beyond crap. I'm shocked management hasn't come in and fired everyone. I know a bunch of hard working people who would gladly take the job and do a better job. AVOID THIS PLACE. There is another subway on university (next street) or a couple on highway 6. There is also a which wich, potbelly's and whole foods (all of which I would recommend.).AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!!

****STAY AWAY***My son and I visited the Subway, store # 44930-0, at 4720 Sweetwater Blvd. Suite C, Sugar Land, TX. We ordered and paid for our meal, but soon after I became concerned. I went to wash my hands and the men's restroom was filthy. It was clear that it had not been cleaned for an extended period of time. There was mold growing in the toilet, the sink was really dirty, and the urinal had mold growing in it as well as a film on top of the water. Then I went to fill our drink cups and found that there was algea growing in the overflow reservoir. There was also an old dirty tea container that looked to have been sitting unused for some time. This made me concerned about the likely lack of care taken by the staff, Management, and owner regarding cleaning habits and food quality. I requested to speak with a manager, but one was not available and the staff claimed to not know how to contact one or the owner. I then requested a refund, but the staff claimed to not know how to do that. I asked if they clean and they said sometimes. I also asked the staff if they eat in the store and they laughed saying no, it is Subway.Ultimately, we threw away our meals without consuming them because I determined it wasn't worth potentially getting sick.I have attached some photos for reference.

I would give this subway a Zero if I could. Went in today to purchase food and everything was going great until I went to pay. I was leaning on the counter...not over the counter but leaning because I have a bad back. The young employee told me to quit leaning on the counter. I thought maybe I was pushing on it but noticed that I wasn't. I asked the employee why I was asked to not lean...he said the price of the food and gave no response. When asked again he told me he didn't want me leaning on the counter. I asked what was being hurt and he just kept repeating the total. I asked to see the manager and asked her what I was doing wrong. She said no and asked the employee what was going on and told him he was wrong. The employee starts to mouth me and the moves down to make more sandwiches and keeps mouthing. The manger gets on to him. I will never go back. Is this the type of employees we are accepting today??? I also had the same experience a person mention in the comments about showing up 30 minutes before they were supposed to close and they were closed.

I visited this location on March 3rd around 12:20pm. I was appalled and disheartened at how one of the employees treated a paying customer who didn't speak English. The customer asked for avocado so the employee scooped it and put the scoop of avocado on the sub but didn't spread it. The customer was trying to ask if he could spread it but the guy played dumb and just kept putting the rest of the toppings on and by the time the customer was able to get the friend he was with to translate for him the employee said "well i already closed the sandwich" at the same time another customer and I helped with the translation and asked the employee to spread the avocado. He gave us a rude look, glanced at his co-worker and repeated "i already closed the sandwich" to which I replied, "well open it" he rolled his eyes at me and told the customers again "i already closed it" the customer's face dropped and said it was okay and to leave it like that, im sure its because at this point he was embarrassed and didn't want to make a scene. But IT WAS NOT OKAY. Racist micro-aggressions like that are never okay and neither is treating anyone else as "less than". Please train your employees about diversity and doing their job. I don't understand why the employee couldn't just open the sub to spread the avocado so maybe also train them on how to properly make a sandwich? Needless to say I do not recommend this establishment.
