I feel bad writing this but it has to be said. This location is a disgrace. Today is the second bad experience I've had. The first was a month ago when the person making the sandwich didn't use gloves. It was unhygienic and disgusting but I gave him the benefit of the doubt that he forgot. I paid for the sandwich regardless but didn't eat it.Today, I went in with the idea of giving this location one more chance. The guy who mozied over to make my sandwich looked sick and kept glancing over to the door where some teenage girls were deciding if they should come in. They evidently had his attention and decided to leave. At least he puts on gloves. This guy proceeds to make my sandwich but then starts coughing all over it. He's not wearing a mask and it's around 8 - 10, deep wet coughs. Maybe I'm crazy, but I don't feel comfortable eating a sandwich someone coughed all over. I still paid for it and tipped him but I promptly disposed of the sandwich. He definitely should not have been working while coughing over the sandwiches he was making. Who knows, maybe he wanted to stay home knowing he was sick and management forced him to come in and get the customers sick. I don't know... But what I do know is that I'll never step foot in this location or any other Subway for that matter. It's disgraceful to have people making food while coughing on it.

Came here about 5 minutes ago to pick up my order. Once I get into the car, The veggie sandwich that I order had no veggies in it, only sauce Waste of money, instead go to the location on crab river, the service is great.

The food was good but the portions were small. The orders were sometimes messed up. The service and workers creating my sandwich were nice but seemed bored tired, but you can't blame them. The ambiance and feel of the store is not good and dirty. But subway is usually a pick up and go. Okay experience.

Service is too bad here, Dont ever go here and regret. She is not even understanding when I asked for buffalo sauce. She is listening to some music in her airpods. She just added 1 piece of green pepper and I had to ask for more and more. She dont even understand and so careless about orders. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!!!!!!!

I don't know how to give -star but deserves that completely. Terrible service terrible sandwich made with rude staff refuse to work sandwich made to only rat bread . And Julio their operation guy wouldn't return call. Complete rip off save ur $$ lol looks their own manager write their own good review.

Guys be aware of this location! I ordered my sandwich in the app and when I went to pick it up at 4:30pm on Tuesday afternoon, I was told there was NO sandwich because they don't have the ingredients! No bread, no lettuce no tomato. It's unbelievable that they run out of the ingredients in the afternoon. So I was asking for a refund and the store associate said they cannot refund me because the manager was not there. I tried to call but the manager never picked up! Frustrated, I tried to contact the corporate office to report this however they never responded, either. This is ridiculous. I cannot believe a restaurant in a lovely neighborhood would treat their loyal customer like this. I went back to the restaurant again today and explained the situation, and store associate was so rude that he said he will need to check the security camera. Again, nobody can solve this issue and I guess the manager does not care, either!

Let me first say I called the number on the receipt and no answer mailbox full. Called the 800 number and directed me to some website. Ordered 12" Tuna for takeout. Got home opened it up the bread was curled on the end. Took a bite the bread was hard and crunchy not like normal for subway (this was not toasted). Tuna really had no taste and did not taste fresh. Ate a little more than threw the rest out. About an hour later had to go and out came the Diarrhea. So there is that.

Have been here before, inconsistent experience but not unexpected, sadly. Went in last night to pick up an order that was placed online. There was no one in line and there was one person working on my order of several sandwiches. The person making my order, Ryan, was meticulously making the sandwiches from star to finish. The thing that is sad to see is that while Ryan was working hard to make the order and make it right, as he is a new hire (I asked him because he was slower but detailed) , was that the other employee was sitting on the counter on his phone the entire time not helping, totally checked out and obviously not supporting his team mate. Kudos for Ryan getting it done but the other guy should be fired as this type of employee is toxic and will only kill team moral and frustrate customers. Keep the hard worker, boot the slacker looser... Customer service is EVERYTHING!
