Horrible experience. Placed an online ordered. Went to the location to pick up my order. I asked if it was ready, and it was not. At that time, it was 5 min past the time promised. More customers walked in and started getting helped, I asked can my order be prepared before the them? I was told sorry were are busy. I should have just waited in line. I asked for a refund and cancel the order, the employee did not know how, or did know who the call to find out. I had to leave, not food, no refund. I called customer service at Subway HQ, they took my information and gave me a case number for a refund, they said they will inform the owner. I will need to update this post, if and when I get my refund.

So I come to this location a lot and although they don't have the best customer service there is one guy there (need to get his name) that always gets my order done perfectly and always has a good attitude. He doesn't converse much but hey I'm just there for a sandwich! As long as your making it the way I want and being nice then I don't have a problem with you. I would avoid 3pm here because that's when all the HS kids get out and this place gets swampedddd. Learned my lesson too many times, not fun.

Went here for lunch. Since I have to work during these times I figured I would have something other then a burger for lunch. I walked in and didn't see the sign but a girl yells at me saying are here for pick up. I said no assuming I could just order. She yelled again saying my ordering instructions are on the door! No one was there you are already making my sandwich behind glass. Why couldn't you just let me order my sandwich and leave? Horrible costumer service. This place better learn something about it especially during these times.

I placed and paid for an online order to be pick up at this location. When I went to get the food, the staff stated the computers were down and refused to give me the order. I showed them the app, which indicated the payment was made and the order was in the process of being made. It didn't matter. A staff member contacted their "boss" Masiel, who instructed them not to honor the order because of "computer issues." After I left, the app stated the food was picked up and my credit card was charged. I emailed Subway and did not receive a response other than the automatic email. They never refunded my money or reward points. I had to dispute the issue with my credit card in order to try to get my money back.

Wow- I know subway is cutting back on how much they put on sandwiches, but this is ridiculous. Requested a Turkey bacon avocado, and got a blank stare, asked for spinach and got 5 1/2 leaves of spinach, 3 pieces of banana peppers the smallest portion of avocado I've ever seen, and still got the up charge on everything. This is NOT the way to impress a first time guest.

I am absolutely appalled on the fact that I'm wearing a mask to go in there but yet the employee making my sandwich isn't wearing a mask. This is a terrible business model and will affect my subway preferences.

This place was great before covid. I have come here multiple times when it was 6:30. Or 5ish. They were closed and not operating the store. Very annoying and unprofessional. I wish they could have continued to work as well as they did before covid

Love subway, the food at this one is like any other decent subway but this one doesn't have the best service. Everytime we place a mobile order here they don't start until the "pickup time" meaning it's not ready for another 10 min after we get there. Also they were not busy during these times as we get there before our pickup time although some locations are good about it. Anyways probably not going back to this one unless it's my only option.

This is the first time I came to this subway, and am disappointed no bread to choose, no lettuce and no pepper jack cheese and I tried to to use my coupon and the lady said we don't have that's I said why Subway text me that I have 1.00 off she said that not all the subway accept the coupon I said really. Am not going back to this Subway again.
