Please believe the reviews when we say that this is the worst Subway location. The only reason why I go to this location is because it's close, but luckily another one opened up not too far from me that I will now be going to. I've been here multiple times, but the last time I went was probably the worst experience. All of the times that I've been here, I've only ever been greeted one time. The last time that I went in took me 20-30 minutes to get my order. On one of my sandwiches, which was a wrap actually, the employee asked me how much meat I wanted on the sandwich on the wrap. I guess they double the amount of protein on the wraps? I asked what was the normal amount that goes on it, and they answered slowly under their breath "I don't know". The two employees that were working that day were moving very slowly. At one point both of them had their headphones in. They were speaking very low, which was very hard to hear with the music playing. You could tell by their body language that they did not want to be there. I wish their customer service is better and that my sandwiches were put together a little bit more nicely. My wrap was thrown together and only folded over once. When I got home the meat was completely cold. I had to pull it out of the wrap and heat it up in the microwave, but honestly by that time it was really just disgusting. Instead of toasting them side-by-side, the employee stacked them on top of one another? Clearly that wasn't the best choice. I ended up having to eat it with a fork and a knife.

IF I COULD GIVE THEM 0 STARS I WOULD. They fucking suck. I ordered my sandwich online and it was burnt, i had no cheese? And everything was just wrong, even the wrong bread wtf, i had 2 orders and both of them were wrong & burnt. Even when they saw me pull up, they ran to the back and restroom. I tried to call them when I found out my sandwich was wrong but their phone number doesn't even work. PLEASE DONT EVER COME BACK IN HERE THEY FUCKING SUCK AND DONT KNOW HOW TO MAKE A SANDWICH .

I have never had a pleasant experience here. I keep going to this location because I live near by but not after today. 1. They either run out of the veggie patty a lot or don't order it. 2. Folks are sometimes rude. 3. The manager is a douche to his employees. His demeanor is very demeaning to his employees and haste to his customers.

I generally don't have bad experiences here, as I come here probably once a month. The worker that was making my sandwich was NOT wearing mask as he was making my sandwich and had the mask on his neck. You might as well just not wear the mask at all. I also asked for a couple cookies and when I checked the bag when I got home, the cookie seemed to have a piece missing. I don't know if it was a bite or was torn off. These are just the things you don't expect to happen however. Terrible

This place Foods poisoning and I came back to get them a second chance and I can't even get service I sat there and waited for over 20 minutes and these guys fucking couldn't even come to the door they suck they are the worst people on the planet never never never come here ever again and if you do you're a foo

Entering this subway was a mistake. Service was terrible, staff was worse. I don't know how you mess up making a sandwich but they did. Couldn't take more than a bite. I couldn't give no star so I had to put one, you deserved none. Never again

Daniel provided excellent customer service and had great people skills. Additionally, the sub was delicious and the shop was clean.

I ordered online and got to their store before they had started on my food. One worker was making a sandwich the other was off in the back. My order was WRITTEN on the receipt. It was completely messed up even AFTER I corrected him to his face, he first asked if I wanted everything toasted or just the Turkey, when on the receipt it said " only toast the steak and cheese. Do not toast Turkey or any bread" then put everything that was supposed to be on the Turkey on the steak and cheese. They ran out of chipotle sauce with was fine but then put an outrageous amount of Mayo on the sandwich when I only wanted a normal amount. Then forgot to add the cookies I paid for. And when I tried to remind him his response was " oh you ordered cookies" Not only that but to come home and find out the veggies on the Turkey sub WERE COMPLETELY ROTTEN. absolutely unacceptable. I'm going to reach out to corporate or owner or whoever I need to because this was for my child!! DO BETTER SUBWAY.

It's the worst subway ever! Please don't come here; the older lady an African lady is soooooo dirty she doesn't care and throws the buns in the food trying to do too many things at the same time. The veggies look from several days not fresh at all! Zoom in the pics so you can see for yourself. I just can't believe how dirty everything looks, I came here because it's close to my son school and he asked me for a subway sandwich but will not step in here ever again. Please stay away folks, there's another subway between 1464FM and West Airport and OMG! What a difference! Super clean with fresh veggies, you will see the huge difference, plus excellent customer service.

Very poor customer service! The guy and the young lady working tonight need some serious customer service training. The guy made me feel like I was talking to a wall. Didn't say a single word to me as I ordered, not a what would you like, NOTHING. Not the first time I visit, it's always the same disappointment.
