Terrible service. Only one person working in the store at noon. ToT took 20 mins in line with only 4 people in front of me.I don't blame the girl behind the counter, it's the Managment that needs to get their act together.I will not be back to this koror sure.

Don't order online!! First, we've come here in the past, were served by other staff, and no problems. Today, we ordered online and tried to pick up at the specified time. The young woman resented the fact that we thought our order would be ready at the designated time, made a point of serving everyone else in the store before working on our sandwiches, used stale bread, worked extra-slow, tried to "forget" the sides we had ordered and paid for. Honestly, I had no idea that online orders were such a burden. When I worked at Subway, I was polite to everyone, and never tried to use passive-aggressive ways to get back at customers who rubbed me the wrong way. We'll wait a month or so and hope we get different staff next time. But forget online ordering!

This Subway is excellent. It is clean and the roasted chicken sub I had last night was delicious. The female employee was so courteous! Will definitely be back!

I'm not one to go eat at a place right before they close. 45 minutes is my limit: if they close within 45 minutes, I'm not going to order real food. I will however go for a drink or bag of chips. This time I went for cookies. I opened the door at 9:55 and they turned the lights off just as I walked in. I understand how it feels when someone walks in right before closing, I used to work in the food service industry, but one of the main things I learned was closing early is a HUGE no-no. When they turned the lights off on me, that did not sit well with me. I badly wanted to be an asshole just to prove a point, but I politely left. If you don't understand that it's the customers that pay your wage, then I guess it makes sense that you work at Subway.

If I could leave a 0 star I would. The consistency of the size of the bread is in consistent, and the lady that made our food, we went to sit down and she went "we close in 5 minutes" I'm in the food industry and this is the worse customer service experience iv ever had in a long long time. I work for 2 different branches and they both would make you let the customer eat in the store if they chose to. Do better subway

Older lady Bella was RUDE AND NASTY ON 11/27 @ 1:40pm. She tried to tell the younger employee i can only have SIX pickles per to "recipe" yea NO WHERE DOES THAT. She started making my sandwich and it was already wrong bc she was rushing, do not try and make matters working thinking you will force me to have an EMPTY sandwich that i am paying for. She then tells me to "get my sandwich and get out" before reaching over my OPEN SANDWICH to get a condiment where her shirt touches my food. I let her know that is not f***ing okay and that she needs to slow down bc she was also messing up the sandwich's she was making. Idk who the manager is but she needs to be dealt with accordingly bc her customer service is terrible and her food handling is unacceptable.

I went in on Sunday evening on 9/26/21 there were two young men working and the internet was down and there for the credit/debit Machine was not working! But one young man was on the phone trying to get it working again and the other was trying to help at the same time help customers! They were so sweet and so apologetic! I went and got cash I was not mad! It happens I work in retail and it's happened to me before! They were trying hard to get it back up and running! I definitely will go there more often! I just wanted to point out that despite the internet being down I still had a awesome experience! I wish I had gotten their names so I can give them the credit! Also they were fast at greeting me and getting my food prepared regardless of the internet down! Thank you!

Why do I keep going back to this location? Once again our order was shorted. And to add insult to injury what was in the bag was not wrapped correctly and everything spilled in the bag. Called and received a weak "sorry" from the manager. I'm done with this place (and I hope more of you are too!).
