I have not visited this location for almost 3 years because the service and food was not good. I heard that it was better so I decided to visit again this year. I have gone two times in the last month (today being the 2nd) and both times they did not have white bread prepared at lunchtime. That is a bit confusing to me because that's when you're going to be the most crowded and I don't have time to wait 30 minutes for it to be done. The management needs to do something about the employees lack of preparedness.Back to Lenny's I go!!

I don't normally go to Subway for sandwiches unless I was short on time. I walked in at lunch time on Wednesday November 28th, and this Hispanic female worker definitely knew how to rush customers. She asked "what else?" in a speed of 100 mph and in a very rude way. When I grabbed an extra straw for my drink, she said "Only one straw. We have inventory." Seriously?? Thank you, Subway on Crabb River Road, for letting me have the worst Subway experience. No more patronage from me again. Ps. The one star was for the other worker who was new on that day and was polite at least.

Went by for lunch at this location last Saturday and they had two employees working at the time that were just completeopposite. A young Hispanic guy moving fast, helping customers, answering the phone and just doing his best to get customers in and out. And a Hispanic female who had absolutely no purpose in life if it wouldn't have taken over 10 minutes to get a few sandwiches I may have enjoyed it more without the bitter taste in my mouth. Definitely won't be back!

The mixed guy at this location working on 9/24/17 approx. At 7:30 pm was the worst employee we have ever had at any national Subway we patron. 1) he was too high and didn't know what meat went on a sweet onion teriyaki chicken sandwich. 2) he was so high he toasted the bread with no meat or cheese. My cheese isn't melted and the chicken is cold! 3) he was so shitty and defiant that he kept asking my husband in an, ugly condescending tone, "so what do you want next on it". 4) he shorted my husband's change. When he asked for it, he just took out a $5 Bill and threw it at him. We will NEVER eat here again. "Kinky Joe" needs to lay off the weed!!

A majority of the time I don't even go to this location anymore, it's always employees who don't care to do their job correctly. Food is hardly ever fresh the bread is always damaged and over cooked. I've just about had it with this location.

I haven't been in a Subway store in three years, today's service at the Subway store at 1207 Crab River Road in Sugarland, Texas will keep me out of Subway for the next three years. I downloaded the Subway app prior to going to the store. I ordered using the app the BOGO free footlong sub while I was sitting in my car outside the store. When I went into the store they made my two foot-longs and wanted to charge me for both sandwiches. I showed the worker my cell phone where I had the coupon for BOGO free. The worker stated sometimes the app doesn't work in the store so the customer have to pay full price. The worker had a real nasty disposition and terrible customer service. I asked to speak to the manager in which the worker stated he wasn't in the store. Since the worker became angry and raised his fists in a threatening way I asked him to call his manager because this is ridiculous customer service behavior over Subway sandwiches. The manager spoke to the worker in Spanish and confirmed sometimes the app doesn't work and even though I had the coupon on my cell phone he wouldn't honor it. So I stated to the worker I'll just pay full price and voice my bad customer service experience to corporate office. After taking his photo he slammed the bag of sandwiches on the counter but wouldn't accept the money on the counter probably realizing his service wasn't the best. Well Subway you really made me not feel like a "MVP Reward" member.

It's a subway, so you already know what flavors they have. But I wanted to share this location because they have exceptional customer service!Thank you Brittney for having such a great attitude! We totally had a great time just chatting and ordering our food! It made our experience so much better! And on top of that, everyone knows sometimes you get the newb that just throws the toppings on the sandwich.. not here! Brittney took her time spreading everything out evenly to make sure every pickle would end up in a different bite. Thanks for a great experience! If you're in the Greatwood area, choose THIS subway.

I asked for a "kids meal". I got a tiny sandwich with 4 pieces of chicken (my kiddo doesn't eat cheese, veggies, or condiments). It came with juice box and chips (or a cookie -you can't have both). The total was $9.07 with tax! I know it's not healthier, but I could've gotten 2 Happy Meals for that price...with a toy! I think this will be the last time I go there. Seems like every one is hurting for money.

Do not ever order curbside from this Subway EVER... the following pics should say it all. I had a problem with my last order and tried their phone, and all I heard was a busy signal. Stay away.... Everything is too expensive to be ripped off like this...
