horrible i ordered from here a uber order they don't give a care about your order or your food they just do whatever they want

I made an online order so that I could quickly pick up during lunchtime and hurry back to work. When I arrived, the worker behind the counter was on his phone and did not greet me, so I continued on to discover the online orders rack myself. Since I upgraded to the combo and wasn't given a cup, I asked for one. The worker rudely replied, "You can just get a bottle from there" pointing at the cooler. I reluctantly retrieved my lukewarm drink that I didn't want from the cooler and left. Once in my car, I realized that my cookies were missing from the bag, so I went back into the store to ask for them. The worker (again rudely) replied, "just get some chips from there" pointing at a very scarcely stocked chip rack. I then told him that I didn't really want chips and I ordered cookies. He told me that they don't have cookies so I have to get chips. I didn't have the time nor the energy to make a fuss about it so I grabbed some chips and left very unsatisfied with the service that I received. I thoroughly enjoyed the sandwich that I ordered and it was quite tasty, so I'll give this place one star for that, but this location should work on hiring people who actually want to work and value their customers. I will not be visiting here again.

Walked in, was not greeted. Person in charge has anger issues and was slamming doors and bread. Overall bad experience and would rather spend my money elsewhere

I got me the Club sandwich and it was amazing Lunch was successful, keep up the hard work Subway team.

We came here at 9:30 and the place was closed. I know for a fact that it closes at 10 pm. What is the point of saying 10 when you should 8pm.

Have came to this specific location twice around 8:30-9 pm I know for a fact they close at 10 pm. Both times the door is locked and they've put everything away ? Like huh ? Should change the hours online if that's what y'all are going to be doing.

I cooked yesterday but wanted a subway sandwich. I got the foot long steak and pepper Jack cheese sandwich on the Italian cheese bread. It was really good. I had never had that bread before. The young man that waited on me was excellent. I didn't get his name because my neighbor came in and we started talking. Ten stars. :-)

How can you have a business for the public but no restroom for the customers. I just wonder if it's a cleaning issue.

For the last three weeks they have been closed by 7. I walked in yesterday and the workers where sitting down eating. They did not bother to great me, one of them just shouted loudly "we only accept cash" I said ok and then very loudly again he said "we don't accept coupons neither". They then turned around and continued eating.

How in the world is it that even during a pandemic you allow customers to come in and be ordering without a mask. This is incredibly infuriating and honestly if the employees do not care about mask requirements then I will not be returning to this location. The lady was just nonchalantly taking the order of another lady without a mask which is pictured below. I hate to think that if they do not take these precautions seriously how is food safety? If they don't care about something as easy as a mask then how can they be trusted with keeping food safe and not causing cross-contamination?
