I had the worst EVER experience to the point that I will never come here or any Subway ever again. The store closed around 10 and my relative and me came at 9:53. The lights were dimmed but we sign languaged to them that they were supposed to be open right now. They laughed at us, like not giggling laughing, but laughing like this is a hilarious situation at the mall and not an example of bad service. We started to take pictures and they continued to laugh which only made me feel more disrespected. Eventually we left and went to eat at another restaurant. The employees have zero class, zero respect, and zero customer service skills. They will never get another dollar from me or my family.

What all can you say about Subway? It's a pretty straightforward setup. This location is hit or miss as far as service, you never know if you'll get the person that knows what they are doing or if you'll get the attitude laden trainee. I can say the place is always clean, however. This last visit yesterday was for my daughter and myself - the bread for her had part of the black form things in the pan baked into it - I pointed it out to the worker and she tried to just pick it out.....ummm no - Imma need another loaf of bread, dear. Anyhoo - I don't eat Subway often and I am again reminded why...... ~le sigh~

When i went in last night to this location the service was terrible. It was an incovience for my extra lettuce on my sandwhich, or to put my items in a bag. They did not greet me when i walked in and when taking my order was to busy having their own convo rather than making sure my order was correct.

This subway is my all time favorite location! They are really sweet and genuine and I guess they've noticed I'm a regular! I walk in and they ask if I want the same sub and, of course, I do! I won't go to any other subway location other than this one!

Awful Awful Awful service. The worker was very rude, and acted like we were really interrupting her. My partner asked for extra honey-mustard and she put on an excessive amount...on purpose...my partner said it was enough and she continued until the bottle ran out. To top it all off the bread was stale!

I hope this finds the Owner of this establishment. Sir or ma'am I would give this store zero stars if I could. Yocelyn, who's in training, cursed me out, and the manager allowed it to happen. And didn't stop her behavior. I was in shock to see a manager allow this to happen. I hope that going forward, both ladies have better customer service. My concern was I came in on my 30 min lunch break, and Yocelyn was in the process of making two online Orders. Instead of helping Me since I was there in front of her she continued to make the orders ignoring me. When asked what I wanted I specifically told her a mini but she made a 6 inch so when it was time to pay a six inch was rung up. At this point her manager was in line making orders and threw my order out and proceeded with a mini. I asked the manager could she hurry because I was on a time crunch then yocelyn proceeded to curse at me, stating she was 16 and would whop my butt. I would have stayed to see that happen, but honesty, I was in shock of how the manager could allow this to happen. I asked her, and she just made excuses. My point is cursing at the customer in any case, especially of the customer didn't do that to you, is inappropriate, and is very ignorant/ghetto. I hope the owner sees the kind of ppl they are letting run their business.i am extremely afraid to go back to this store and will make sure I let my co workers know that the subway in Walmart down the street will have to do until ppl like Yocelyn and her Manager don't work there anymore.

This is one of the worst subways I've ever been to when it comes to customer service. Just like the other reviewers...employees have a VERY poor attitude. They make your sandwich wrong or pile on a lots of ingredients you don't ask for or passive aggressively drench your sub with condiments when one is deleting g or adding items not on the traditional version of the sandwich. They also get an attitude if you ask for spinach in place of lettuce and don't dare ask for more if they place a few measly slices on your sub. The only thing I can say positive is that the dining area is always clean. I rather drive 15 minutes out of my way to go to one of the two other locations near my home with employees that are more customer service oriented. The people that work here have the absolute worst attitude, even when they hire new workers and this location has a high turnover rate of employees. How in the world do they continue to hire people with a piss poor attitude? Btw, the store is only a short 4 or 5 minutes away but not worth giving my dime and door dash should remove them from their site due to the continued wrong orders they make and send. Looking for a bad experience????? This is your store. SMH
