I ordered using the Subway app so that I could keep my time in the restaurant to a minimum; social distancing!What I ordered and what I received: wrong. They had items on my sandwich that I didn't order and didn't have items that I requested. This is, sadly, not the first or second time I have been disappointed with the services at this location. Buyer beware.

Terrible customer service. My husband and I entered and the staff pretty much ignored us completely. My husband spoke to one who was making a sandwich (most likely for themselves since there weren't any customers in the store) and he mumbled something about the system being down. He didn't even look at us and just continued making what I'll assume to be his sandwich. When my husband asked what he said, he did not articulate and just mumbled more nonsense. This is unacceptable. I understand that they have no control over their system but that does not mean they should be completely lack customer service. Definitely not going back to this subway.

Went to this Subway for a late lunch take out. The place wasn't busy since it was in the middle of afternoon. When I was at the counter to order and the worker told me to wait. She then brought out 4 trays of bread and started loading them into their oven. It must have taken about 10 minutes of me just waiting and watching her do that. She should have taken my order first. The food tasted good but disappointed in their customer service.

I placed an order online on Jan 1 because they said they were open. when I came to pick up my order they were in fact closed, but took my money. I tried calling them the following day but their line doesn't ring and goes straight to voicemail. so I went in and told me they couldn't refund me since I placed an order on the app. I made a complaint online through the subway website and a manager named jay deep only apologized about the misinformation on their days the were open and talked to their team. But hasn't said how they were going to get my money back to me.

This place SUCKS! The food is great but the workers are very VERY VERY rude. I'm trying to look at the menu and the woman who was making my sandwich repeatedly asked " what meat , what meat , what meat , what meat " the first time she asked I answered with " uhhh " then I said " let me look " she proceeded to ask rudely and this just irritated me. They are so rude and they talk about you ! I didn't know which bread was which because I cannot see from where I was standing and she speaks in Spanish talking trash about me. They aren't patient with any who isn't Hispanic.

Honestly just never have a good experience here, they don't listen when they take your order, not to mention i asked for jalapeño she literally counted 3 and put them on my sandwich. Plus, i asked for spinach and she continued to put lettuce, I had to tell her 3 times it was spinach I asked for not lettuce. She just scraped it off and put the other stuff on top. Anyway typically not a big deal but it seems like she was annoyed. It's not my fault, if i didn't ask for something I didn't ask for it. In all honesty It makes you feel awkward as a customer, service is just weird. I'm just asking for a my sandwich anyway i won't be back and I'm glad I'm not the only one who feels like that based on the other reviews

Poor service. Entered establishment at 8:15p, manager on duty was beyond rude and said they were closed in broken English. No reason given. Another employee came from the back, looking confused when asked why they were closed if the door was open and the signage says 9pm. Again, no reason given, just "we're closed." No worries, I'll spend my dimes elsewhere.

Place is disgusting. Flies all over the place. Food was old. Asked to change gloves and woman got annoyed. Not clean at all. Someone need to call inspection there. Woman barely speaks english.
