Subway

Dang- is it just this location that's sooo bad? We can be "understanding" when they forget extra freebies like mayo or banana peppers. BUT they charge us $1.50 for GUAC and don't put it on our sandwich. This was an online order!! No excuse. Booooo.

The only reason I put 1 star is because you can't put negative stars. I placed an order online that was done completely wrong. Then I was told by Betsy (the manager) that I was a liar and they could not redo my order since I was unable to bring back the sandwich that was made already. It was my son's lunch that was taken to him at school so he threw it away. So the time and gas I took in picking up the sandwich and taking it to my son during his lunch break was for nothing because now he didn't get to have his lunch. Betsy and the employee working with her were both very rude about the situation and called me a liar since the sandwich was done based on what the online order said. I told them both what I ordered and they said we'll the online order says this... I proceeded to tell them that there must be a glitch in the online system and would appreciate them making the issue right by redoing the sandwich the way I originally ordered it. They were unwilling and when asked to speak to the store owner Betsy said she was, then I asked again and she said they weren't allowed to give that number out and I'd have to Google the corporate number. All in all horrible service and staff had bad attitudes along with calling their customer a liar.

Love this subway , take pride in making your food . Very good customer service!!! They are fast so even if u see a long line you won't be in there long . The restroom have always been clean when I go in there

The staff is really fast & they never make mistakes when I order 5 foot longs to go. The place is clean. Customer service is ok

They are closed and no sign for explanation. Also it says online it is open til 10pm.

Subway Eat fresh!!!! lol Naw just kidding the place is the bombdiggy in new Katy. We usually hit this spot up after a workout and there isn't anything special compared to other Subway locations. Staff is cool and my food is always fresh albeit a little messy at times but that might be because I order extra Southwest sauce

This Subway has the most inconsistent service. If you are going to put people who have no people skills or no work ethic on the counter with customers... you are going to lose customers This employee spent 15 min doing an online order wiith customers in the store.. no greeting.. no acknowledgement to customer. I will take my subway business to the other one on 529.. i hate driving to a place and seeing if im going to get good service or not.... waste of time. Sorry..‍

Not happy about the fact that they offer breakfast, but do not open until 9 a.m., unlike all other Subway restaurants in the area that open an hour or two earlier during the work week.I mean, who waits to eat breakfast that late...I'm just sayin....

The best subways I've been to in a while my sun was prepared with a lot of care and luv!

Clean establishment, veggies looked fresh, and employees were polite. Will come back!
