Ordered online. They got one of my sandwiches wrong! I tried calling multiple times and no one will answer. I don't have time to return back to get my order corrected, but I hope their management reaches out to me to get this corrected.

Went here today and my girls and I ordered 4 sandwiches. Usually they put them all in individual bags so we can each grab our own. Today, they were all placed in a big bag together. When we got home we had to unwrap and open them all to see whose was whose. One daughter and I had identical sandwiches except mine had oil and vinegar. I had to taste them both to figure it out. My sandwich appeared to be undercooked as the edge of bread was white. That part was also VERY soggy. I had to pull it off. Then as I was eating, it kept falling apart. It was also dripping liquid the whole time down my hand, and they had not included napkins. I will not be going back. Stopped going a few years back too because they couldn't speak or understand English enough to communicate about the order.

3 employees working during busy lunch hours now. kudos to the management. Previously, there were only 2 during busy times and there was just no way they could keep up with all the business this location attracts.

I just have to RAVE about the only employee working tonight, I wish I got his name but his employee ID was 999997 on our receipt and had a little butterfly tattoo... We haven't had subway in forever so we decided to order online for pickup after seeing the 5 dollar foot long promotion going on, just like the good ole days!!! Wow, the lovely employee was the ONLY one working this evening, working so hard, staying calm, and knew how to handle the large crowd. The line was long but my husband and I ordered in advance and were able to pick up our order in the express pick up area, I was worried the gentleman working wouldn't be able to provide for us at our desired pick up time but he served us at the time our order was suppose to be ready for pick up!!! I feel like this is so unusual for fast food workers these days!!! He was awesome, attentive and our sandwiches were fresh and delicious!!! I hope to be served by this young man again!!!!! Thank you Subway for a great experience!

Subway is Subway. The sandwiches will always taste the same...its hard to go wrong so I find reviewing a big franchise based on the food is not very helpful. So instead I will review this particular location by its service and employees.Once you walked in they will always welcome you, but its not a very warm welcoming. It just seems almost second nature when they hear the bell go off they will say "Welcome to Subway". Never looking up. Never making eye contact. They were told to do so, so they do it.The gentleman that helped my fiancé and I looked like he did not want to be there AT ALL. His body language, his tone of voice, his behavior; very rejecting and just screams that he hates his life there. Definitely not something I want to experience before a meal. He also did not cut our sandwiches properly. Opposed to cutting it he just flattened it down and it didn't even cut through to the bottom half of the bun.Overall, not a location I would return to unless I am starving for food.

Have been to this location several times and always greeted when I walk in! The manager is so warm and friendly and the employees are trained in the same manner! Food is always delicious and fresh! Thank you for all you do!!!

These folks really need to hire an English speaker..Multiple customers were flat pissed off, they had no idea what they were doing. Being able to communicate is essential.Sandwiches are all wrong despite being there to place the order.

Fatima, Michell, Giulietta, Lisandra and Mari are the best at their job. I always have great service when i come here. The food is the best of course, and I never have to wait long whenever I come.

They really need to change the time they close. Arrived @10 till 9 and the employee waits till I walk all the way to where food was and says we're closed with people still eating and a costumer in line. Says her register turns off at exactly 9 ....
