I found out about this smoke shop because it's right in front of my street. So when I finally got around to invest in my own hookah, I decided to stop in. The employee seemed very knowledgeable when it came to purchasing my hookah and all the items necessary for it. She was kind, quick, and helped me pick out a hookah. (And YES I smoke that damn thing every day, so pray I don't get lung cancer). And although I love my hookah, their selection on them (and other glass) was so slim. Hardly had any options to choose from. My biggest disappointment and the reason for 3 stars is because their selection is SO slim. They have SOME items in store, but I've been in here multiple times to pick up something and somehow they always seem to be out or waiting for more stock. The convenience of their location is great, but not when your visits are wasted. It may be hard for them to compete with a well-stocked smoke shop less than a mile down the road.

Prices are not good, bought 5 pack of OPMS and 160 count of Mang Du for 100. Went to Nuwave Bitanicals and got 500 Mang Du and 5 OPMS for same price not hard to figure that out.

I got juul pods from other stores for 15 $ but she was selling it for 20$And she lied that since this one is limited edition is 20$,and I wasn't sure at that time and purchased it and after that went to juul website and see that all of their pods including limited editions are 15$,then she said all our pods are 20$And when I asked to return them even though I was still in store and never left the storeshe said I can't return them Very upset that she was lying and then refused to refund it

This business is awful. They barley have any merchandise making the entire store look like some type of front or scam. The only reason I'm giving them one star is because you can't give them zero. I went into this smoke shop last night only for them to refuse selling me the hookah hose that I wanted. It was like the person at the register couldn't listen effectively or something. I told him over 5 times which hookah hose I wanted and he still rang me up for the wrong one.After he handed me the one I specifically told him I DID NOT want (which was a measly temporary hookah hose that's disposable), I had to re-explain that was not the one I wanted. And do you know this person had the audacity to ask which one I wanted after he had already been told 5 times? He put his hand on the one I wanted and then still gave me the one he pretty much thought I should have.I promise it was almost like he was on drugs or something. I would never go back to the smoke shop as far as I'm concerned they owe me the money I paid for this object that I don't want.Then the other guy in the store insisted that he could go ahead and ring me up for the one I wanted... Well you should've did that in the first place sir. The store is not well kept in the first place especially considering the area it's in. It's questionable when you first walk in.Smoke Alley is down the street, don't even waste your time with these charlatans.

This smoke shop has been remodeled and looks amazing best prices on westheimer they are lgbtq friendly best customer service if you pay cash on non tobacco products no tax if you pay cash only the guys in there are very cool and chill and the lady is very nice they always hook you up if your a regular at this smoke shop the customer is always right and they are open weekly from Monday-Friday from 10am-12am. Best SMOKE SHOP on wetheimer one of the very few smoke shops that are open till late 12am
