Tried this place out on Friday. Had the sleazy Philly and egg rolls. Everything was cooked fresh and tasted delicious. The meat was cooked to perfection and the cheese was nicely melted. Highly recommend giving them a try!

Went on a "road trip" to Katy to try a new truck I follow on IG and it was really good. Wait time was about 35 minutes and he was very apologetic but it was no worries because we saw how hard he was working and everything was fresh! Keep up the great work man !!!

One man show he was super hard working and took pride in perfecting his craft! He warned us that there would be a wait due to pick up orders that had been placed before us. We had the time to wait and he got it out right in time. I tried the quesadilla hamburgers and I didn't like the onions but the cheese outweighed everything it was great. Super cool truck art. I wanted to try something new and I heard good things about this place in Katy. I was on that side of town and a friend and i decided to try it. We ordered the boudain sandwich, Philly cheese steak egg rolls, 4 piece lemon pepper wings and seasoned fries. The service was fast and the guy was really nice. I will say its more like carnival food for me. The boudain sandwich was tasty but different, I didn't really care for the wings they were a tad overcooked and the lemon pepper was kind of salty. They probably would be better with another sauce. The fries were really good and the egg rolls needed more cheese. Overall not my cup of tea but my friend enjoyed it. I would recommend you give it a try. It's about personal preference so go see for yourself...
