St Honore bakery

While visiting Wake Forest, we stopped at this new AMAZING bakery... OH My Goodness - this is Top Notch! The croissants shattered on the outside and were soft on the inside. We had the lemon cookie, meringue top croissant, pistachio tart, and chocolate hazelnut croissant. All were excellent. We also had an amazing cheese roll- life changing! Oh and the cream puffs were Divine! They are filled with creamy goodness and a touch of caramel inside... One of the best things I've ever eaten. Not only is everything extremely good, but the owners are so friendly and engaging. You can tell they love what they do, and put their heart into what they bake -which is why it's so good. This is a definite must try place on anyone's list.

We'll definitely be returning to this bakery. The millefeuille was probably the best I've ever had. Can't wait to try all the eclairs.The owner is super friendly. He showed us a very large dessert he has prepared for a customer's birthday. Impressive work! Very jealous of whoever gets to eat it!
