Sproutz was a great find during my trip to Miami! They have an assortment of healthy options from bowls to smoothies to salads, and much more.I customized my own bowl with sesame seared tuna, flavorful veggies, avocado, green onion, and cauliflower rice. It was both tasty and high quality! I also got an avocado banana smoothie with condensed milk (which I couldn't taste and had paid extra for) but it was delicious.The interior is spacious and bright and has a solid amount of indoor and outdoor seating. As a personal preference, I'm not a huge fan of ordering via screen when there are plenty of workers available to take an order, especially because the line grows pretty quickly when certain customers take a long time to scroll through menu items, or don't know how to work the technology. Additionally, the service wasn't the friendliest.Overall, a great spot for a (pricy) but super healthy lunch or dinner with a great array of options, super close to the beach and a wide variety of hotels!

I got the PB Acai bowl and requested to have no coconut added to it and had mango added for $1 more. You don't get much Mango for the extra dollar so I wouldn't recommend it. Also they made a mistake and out the coconut in it anyway but not a big deal. The Acai was perfect. Not too sugary or sweet tasting and great consistency. The fruit and topping also tasted fresh The morning egg wrap was delicious as well. You order at a kiosk and they will bring it to you. A good healthy breakfast. I enjoyed it very much.

I tend not to order Acai bowls because they are generally sweet for what is considered to be a "healthy" breakfast. But Sproutz got it right - for the most part. I would skip the coconut shreds as it's the most sugary item. There is enough sweetness from everything else in the bowl.The breakfast wrap was decent. Had a good ratio of cheese to spinach/tomato.

I've been eating at the Aventura FL store and love it ! But yesterday Jan 10 2024 I ordered a quesadilla and a sour sop smoothie fruit bowl. An hour or so later I felt nauseous. About three hours after my meal I had serious diarrhea And continued this morning Jan 11. Note I have not eaten other food so the contamination came from eating these two items from Sprouts. Wow. This place is great! I got the sunrise juice which was my favorite- carrot, apple, beet but with lemon and ginger. Luckily the last two ingredients did not overpower it. They don't take cash and you have to order on the iPad. I had some trouble but Axel quickly helped me- very friendly. The juice was amazing. I saw others eating the avocado toast and wished I had ordered that!

With Publix raising their sandwich prices this is a better place to go for years. Double meat or just regular meat. $4.99 and extra meat is only $2 more. Why go anywhere else for this price

Imagine ordering two bowls. Each is $22 with a 10% mandatory "service fee" (lol, for what? There's no wait staff).On top of that, imagine BOTH orders being wrong when they're handing to you at the to-go.We didn't realize both orders were wrong until, of course, we were long gone.Can't imagine a business this sloppy. Just unreal. I'd demand a full refund if it wasnt so out the way. Would never commend.
