Recently dined at this amazing Indian restaurant and was blown away by the experience. The food was absolutely delicious, with each dish bursting with authentic flavors and spices that transported me straight to India. The ambiance was warm and inviting, making it the perfect place for a relaxed meal.A special shoutout to Sudip for his exceptional hospitality. He went above and beyond to ensure we had a memorable dining experience. His recommendations were spot-on, and his friendly demeanor made us feel right at home.I highly recommend everyone to give this restaurant a try. What a great experience! I am from Texas and didn't know I had to travel to Colorado for Indian Food! Everyone was so nice and friendly and the atmosphere was great! I have tried Indian Cuisine in the past but this was a whole new level! The saag was so delicious! Went so well with garlic Naan! The Mango Lassi was delicious! We also had several of chicken and lamb dishes, that were also delicious! Thanks to my friends, Katrina and Matt, I had a great time!

Impressed! We had the lamb korma and the meat was super tender and the mix of spices was perfect! Loved the garlic cheese naan- it was stuffed with cheese and had garlic chunks all over. We shared a dish and it was the perfect amount of food! Service was friendly and quick, especially for how slow they were. Loved the decor and they have a little patio outside if you like.

AMAZING. On all fronts, this was an awesome dinner experience. Service was wonderful - my friend drinks TONS of water and they were super on top of refills . Food was SO delicious! My wife and I traveled to India last year for work and the taste of the saag and the tikka masala was spot on. Very flavorful.Atmosphere was good. One of the things that my wife is particular about :) it's not like they're going to win awards for the ambiance, but it was very pleasant to be there.

Wish I came with a bigger appetite, because I wanted to keep eating more! Started off with cauliflower pakora-- those New American restaurants try to attain this level of crispiness and flavor with those "vegan wings" but always fall short. They could learn a thing or two from this place! Ordered paneer korma (my friend calls it a "better tikka masala" and garlic naan. I regret not ordering it spicy, but the curry was creamy and still flavorful. The naan was covered in garlic, so soft and pillowy on the edges and crisp on the bottom. We also enjoyed the mango lassi-- this was yet another item I tried so hard to finish because it was addictingly sweet and refreshing-- but unfortunately came in having eaten recently. Service was great, waitstaff was very friendly and attentive! Thanks to my friend for bringing me here.

My wife and I are Gluten Free (wife is celiac) so we picked all GF items except the Garlic Naan, which my kids ate. We got the 3 GF apps, and the only one I would recommend is the Chicken Pakora. For entrees, we got 2 butter chickens and a mix max chicken tikka masala. all were good, but between the 4 of us, we still had way too much food with only the 3 mains. The favorite among all was the butter chicken. We just had it on white rice bed. I highly recommend itWifes stomach didnt feel good that night, so not sure if maybe some cross contamination with the fried pakora or the papadum crisps. No way to really know.I've had Baar Baar in New York, and I would say the butter chicken is on par. The rest fell a bit flat. All the GF apps we had at Baar were just a huge step up.
