I attended with approximately 20 seniors from a city's senior center.Upon arrival, everyone in my group was provided with a menu except me. Unable to access the menu online on my phone due to technical difficulties, I politely asked to borrow a menu from the two ladies at my table once they were finished. Both refused. When I asked a man, whom I believe to be the manager, for a menu, he loudly proclaimed the restaurant had run out of menus and that I would have to share. I explained that no one was willing to share with me, yet no solution was offered. The situation deteriorated further when the manager ignored my needs and focused solely on others in the group. Although a waiter apologized to the two women for the lack of menus, the ones who at first and for sometime refused to share their menu with me once they had picked out their food, no apology was extended to me--the one that had no menu. Moreover, both another man in our group, and I, had to wait for our food long after all the others in our party were served. The manager apologized to that man and provided an estimated wait time, but I received no such courtesy. When that man was served, the manager said that everyone is served now. I had not been served. So, I told the manager that and he incorrectly asserted out loud as if to cover himself with a false remark that I had ordered it to go. Despite my correction that I had ordered it to eat here, no apology was given. I was the las person to be served. Additionally, my repeated requests for water were met with dismissive and rude responses from the manager, who ultimately filled my glass with clear irritation.Throughout the entire visit, I was made to feel as though I had no right to basic customer service, such as receiving a menu, being served in a timely manner, and having access to water. The lack of apology and the manager's overall behavior suggest discriminatory treatment, although the reason remains unclear to me. As far as the group I was with, there recently was an incident of significant discrimination against me for being physically disabled and that may be the same reason the manager was so rude to me. The same can be said for the two members our our group, who sat at the same table with me. But I don't know for sure. The waiter who apologized to the two ladies at my table who were given menus, for the restaurant running out of menus but did not apologize to me, the one not given a menu, was nice another way. I remained nice and courteous despite all this and when I asked that waiter about their merchandise he brought a small item. I asked how much it was and he said there was no charge. So that was nice. The Italian margaritas are good and I enjoyed walking around and looking at the movie posters.

Gluten-free and low carb losers like me DO have options at Spaghetti Western! There's a low carb chicken dinner plate that consists of a massive juicy chicken breast (it's like 8oz), a boat load of sauteed spinach made with fresh garlic and seasoning... I honestly only ate about 1/4 of it

I'm from San Antonio visiting the Houston area for work. I only had 20 minutes to run out and pick up food before I had to be back for a meeting. I searched for restaurants closed to me on Yelp and found Spaghetti Western Italian Cafe. I called them and a nice female answered the phone right away. She was very helpful. My food was ready quickly, was packaged well and my to go bag included everything I needed (Parmesan cheese, red pepper flakes, silverware and napkins). I got the lasagna and it came with bread. Lasagna and bread was really good and filling! Glad I found this place.

I came here for lunch not too long ago and had the spaghetti w/meat sauce and added some meatballs. My waiter was very nice! Very attentive to the guests and whether not i needed more sweet tea lol. The complimentary bread is pretty good! I used it for the remaining sauce i had on my plate. Good use of it! The meat sauce is good! My waiter had mentioned some folks complained about it being too sweet? I'd say it's well balanced and taste like home cooking! Good eats nevertheless. -Santangelo Balli Gonzales

I was craving spaghetti so I decided to get takeout from here yesterday. Read some reviews and they sounded great! What a huge disappointment!! The spaghetti sauce was sweet!! And there was barely any meat in the sauce... now I know some places in Italy make their sauce a little on the sweet side, but this was on another level!! Needless to say it was inedible and a huge waste of money!! I won't be coming back here.

Sat at the bar with a friend on a pretty quiet evening. Interior is a mix of old world Italian mixed with movie posters of...(drum roll) Spaghetti Westerns lol. The real star was the stuffed mushrooms. It's been months and I'm honestly still talking about them! Cheesy, flavorful...so good. Caesar salad was also very yummy, crisp, and not drowning unnecessarily in dressing. Bartender was very friendly. We will definitely be back to try more menu items

Went for a retirement party for my nurse. Thirty nine years of pediatric nursing. Twenty four years with me. So nice to be able to celebrate with so many friends. The end of one era and the next chapter for my friend and colleague who became part of my extended community and family. So what is a Spaghetti Western? In the 1960s and 1970s, Italian film makers were producing Westerns. Think Clint Eastwood in A Fistful of Dollars or The Good, The Bad and The Ugly. Sergio Leone making Westerns in Italy. Journalists labeled these films Spaghetti Westerns as reference to the pasta that was also made in Italy. Spaghetti Western was a great space to celebrate. Great service and delicious food. The table was filled with plates of fried mozzarella and fried ravioli. Paired with marina sauce for dipping, it was the perfect way to start the celebration. House salad was fresh. Caesar salads were reliably good. The pasta also transported you across the ocean to Italy. The penne with veggies was delicious. Hubby loved his fettuccine with chicken. Good food and a nod to nostalgia at Spaghetti Western.

First and foremost the service was 1000 out of 100. Our waiter displayed excellent skills with our group. As for the food, not one of our group were disappointed. Pasta was cooked to perfection and the sauce absolutely devine. Several of our party thanked the kitchen staff as we departed. Last but not least, we all felt the portions were a true bargain for cost.Thank you to everyone involved and to the owners who have undeniably invested in a fabulous crew.
