This Sonic needs help in order taking and getting the order right. You can tell the service is lacking. Just look at Whataburger next door they are packed while Sonic is empty. Update I went by there on March 2024 and ordered some cheese stuffed jalapeños and they smelled bad. It was obvious that the cooking oil needed to be changed. You would think that they could smell it or they just don't care.

All Emerge Sonics are bad and they can't pay there bills. Be careful where you eat and where you spend your hard earn money. They serve you spoiled ice cream and rats everywhere.

The service at this Sonic has been terrible for years but lately it has been getting worse. I would have rated it one star before now it would be zero. I placed an online order a few weeks ago. Went to pick it up and several of the screens are covered with cardboard signs that say app orders only. When I tried to check in it would not work, I had to pull through the drive thru as did several other people. Only then was I served my drink order which was a route 44 only to be given just a large and told they were out of route 44 cups. No reimbursement. I guess that money is gone. The whole process took over 15 min. For one drink! Today I spent 22 min getting one drink again, four cars in front of me all received just drinks. The person at the window constantly having to ask people what their orders were because they had already deleted them from the screen. If you have ever worked in the restaurant industry you know orders are timed by management to keep up good service. Well the employees know their time sucks and process the order like it has been served in a timely manner when actually they are several orders behind. I ordered my order on the app and while I was still the 4th car in line it showed I already had my order . This is constant with this location the worst. The last time I had an issue there is a phone # on the receipt to contact the management. I sent a text and left a voicemail also sent a review through the Sonic app. Not a single response! I opstomistically try this Sonic ever couple of months to see if things have changed, but honestly it's been terrible for about 5 years. Whoever the owners are need to be shut down or sell to someone who cares about their customers.

I usually go to another Sonic to get a shake, but I was in a hurry so I thought. I arrived and they had a line- no biggie right? Wrong. I was in line for almost 30 mins, I could only guess they were short staffed. I finally got to give my order, it was simple Sonic Reese's Peanut Butter cup shake, large. When she replied with a shake with flavor, that was concerning, but I just thought it was a language thing. So, i repeated my order at the window- so there would be no mistakes. I received a shake with little to none whipped cream and usually there is a cherry, no cherry for me. Sigh. Depressing. What is worse, there was next to none in the way of "flavor". It was mostly vanilla ice cream with a hint of what I paid for. I wont be back for a looooooong time, if ever. Bad Sonic.

This business is going downhill and fast! Reason being? The staff is absolutely horrendous. Today I and other customers waited 15+ minutes for the drive-through operator to come on the mic. It never happened. Instead, one of the other customers went to the window and knocked. When I had driven by prior to that, he was just sitting on his phone. The staff here has always been rude and slow and honestly very easily irritable. They also try and keep my change without asking even if it's 2+ dollars. Whoever owns this location has got to get a hold of what's going on there before the business is ruined. They already have a terrible reputation. Despite this being the most convenient sonic on my commute to work, I will be having to switch to another location. To whoever owns this business: INVEST IN YOUR EMPLOYEES!!!

Food not hot. Meat patty was dry. Online order for pick up at 5 - didn't get until 15-20 mins later. Staff wouldn't answer red button. Stated they were busy however only about 10 cars total in drive thru an in stalls. Last time here. Waste of $$!!!

HORRIBLE SERVICE! I was waiting in the drive thru because they told us the other lanes weren't open. The line was long but eventually I get to the speaker to place my order and no one asks to take my order and no one responds so I'm thinking there might be something wrong with it since we had a horrible storm yesterday in Houston so we might just order at the window. I get to the window and one of the workers reads out an order to me and asks if it's correct and I told her my order wasn't taken. Then the manager with the grown out highlights and piercing on his face tells me I need to get back in line and he won't take my order at the window. I just waited in that long line I was not about to go all the way to the back for something that wasn't my mistake. I told him I wasn't going to do that and told him it wasn't my fault my order wasn't taken and he said well I probably wasn't waiting patiently. I only moved up when the car infront of me moved up because I didn't see them ordering either. He told me if I wasn't going to move he would call the cops, eventually I just left but I wouldn't recommend anyone going to this location especially with people like that working there. Waste of my hole hour of waiting there.

Literally waited 30 minutes for cold food and melted drinks because their card reader "wouldn't work" yet they had a full drive thru line and it was completely empty by the time we even got the card back. Then we waited another 10 minutes for our food and forgot about our other two drinks until we reminded them. Worst experience for a fast food spot ever. The rating on this is deserved. Would give it 0 stars but I can't so 1 star it is. Ridiculous.
