I had stopped by the eldridge location to buy some food for my little sister. They were out of chicken and tater tots . So i said no big deal. Then i drive to the one in hwy 6 and voss. They take my order in the line. There is no signs posted anywhere about cash or anything. I go finally end up at the window to pay. I only have cash so they tell me they dont accept bills larger than 20 and all i had was a 50 and 100. Honestly sonic , what a waste of time. No wonder i have not eating here since i was a teenager. All these big conglomerate fast food places really don't care about service or client satisfaction. Just avoid them like a plague and do yourself a favor and eat at locally owned restaurants.

New management - frustrating watching them try to clean up after old management. The outside patio has had broken seats for months, there's trash outside by the drive-thru speaker, and the ice machine has been out of service because former manager never cleaned the machine. The only reason I go back to this Sonic every day is Ana! She is spectacular!

If I could give Zero, I would .Employees we're to lazy to find ketchup or even the syrup for French toast, line took over 30 minutes and they don't even bring the food to you . This Sonic is done. No Tradition.

Just got a notification that someone keyed in manually my card information at 7:02 PM today to charge things to my credit card. I was at the location on person at 3:41 pm and handed my card to the drive thru worker. They took my card and took them a while to give it back to me and at 3:41 pm I was told by American Express it was swiped and at 7:02 pm my information was entered in manually. Meaning THEY STOLE MY CARD NUMBER WHEN I GAVE THEM IT TO PAY FOR KY DRIVE THRU ORDER.I have called several times not and no one wants to pick up but no problem? I will be contacting corporate and already canceled my card.Update!!! Got more emails from American Express that this person tried again to use my card manually at this location around 8:31pm and again at 8:57 pm, the card has already been cancelled and report filed with Fort Bend County Sheriff Office as well as corporate. They also have now disconnected their phone.... This is crazy!

I used to love sonic...especially their mozz sticks. I get a craving every now and then and they used to be my go to, but the past few times i've been to this sonic and others in the neighborhood it has been super disappointing. I didn't even feel comfortable eating what I was served for my last visit. I won't even go into the attitude, confusion, and waiting that comes when you try to order something. Won't be back for a while

I used to go here all the time after work. I'm surprised they are still in business. The service is awful and slow and order accuracy is terrible. It's like they just throw stuff in the bag whatever they have on hand. There's only ever 1-2 people working at a time it seems and you can wait at the window forever before anyone ever takes your order. Lease must be super cheap because there's no way this business can be profitable
