If Only I Could Give Negative Stars...My family decided to come to this establishment after a Sugar Land Skeeters home game. I had not been to a Sonic in quite some time. Spoiler alert, I won't be going back anytime soon and I certainly will not be coming back to this location. Their app and website had indicated that it closed at 11PM. We were there about 10 minutes before 10PM. You can only imagine my surprise when after already placing my order before 10PM, they turned the lights out. No worries, the sign said that they were making my order and that it would be delivered shortly. After a rather lengthy wait, Belen (sp?), the "manager" came out to say that she had cancelled my order and that I would get my refund in three days. When I asked why she had turned out the lights after we had ordered she proceeded to say that she had already sent the cook home earlier before closing and could not make the order. She said that she had seen me sitting there placing my order on the app but since she didn't have a cook, she had to cancel my order. So why did she not tell me via the loudspeaker to not place an order before turning the lights out before the location even closed? She proceeded to say they close at 10. So then why does your app say 11 and why did it allow me to place my order? Lies. Anyway, she proceeded to be very rude toward me and my family. I have already contacted Sonic corporate office regarding this issue. I would not recommend this location nor any Sonic location until someone takes ownership of this issue. As for Belen, I think that further management training is in order. Stay far away from this location. There are far better options for fast food in the area than this place.**update 9/7**In response to the owner, an incident report has already been filed and submitted. It was submitted the night of the incident. Thank you.**update 9/8**I received a response from corporate regarding my incident report. They state that my refund has been approved and that it will now take anywhere from 7 to 10 business days to receive my refund. So, in essence, corporate is even worse than location in question. Here's hoping that poor business practices puts this company out of business.

Poor service. Didnt take the tomatoes off a chicken sandwich or add pickles and still charged me for pickles!The chicken strip dinner are more like chicken nuggets. Absolutely pathetic.The employee asked me if I want ketchup, I said yes, he returns to tell me they ran out of ketchup.Wtf lol

This sonic has got to be the slowest sonic I have ever been to. It took 20 minutes to get a milkshake and it ended up having a hole at the bottom. Came here for a second time (idk why) and I am waiting another 20 minutes for food. Will never return here.

After waiting 10 minutes for our order we're told the slush machine didn't work and the onion rings would be right out. When the onion rings came out, they were cold and not breaded. I ordered a small and a large onion ring and the small came with literally TWO onion rings. I see why this location has 2 stars because the service is pitiful! When waiting customers can see the employees in there throwing balled up wars of paper, while they're waiting on their food, it is both unbelievable and unacceptable!

Bad service, I wasn't even finished with my order when I was cut off, i had to press the button to tell them I wasn't done ordering, yet when they brought my food they gave me no ketchup no marinara sauce for the onion rings and the bacon was missing on my burger, so i pressed the button again and crystal said o yes we forgot to add it! She did not send anyone out nor did she apologize totally disappointed at there service and Lack of politeness

Went there today (Easter Saturday)at 5:30 pm and ordered the foot long coney with tots & Dr. Pepper...absolute garbage..hot dog was tough and barely warm,chili was barely warm, bun was old and dry,tots were semi-raw, and the DP was mostly carbonated water..just took it home and put it into the trash where it belonged..the young lady who brought the food out was so very sweet and accommodating..it's a shame she's caught in the middle by having to deliver what the sorry- ass kitchen hands to her.. do yourself a huge favor and stay away from the Eldridge location.

Horrible they don't know how to take an oder and you have to make you repeat you self a bunch of time bc they still might get it wrong . They so use the numbers on the screen and keep it as simple as possible

I have no idea why this Sonic got such bad reviews. Hey, this is not a 5 Starr gourmet restaurant, it is a hamburger, chicken joint!!!!!!! For what they serve the food and drinks are always fresh and the drinks are first rate. Their hamburgers and chicken sandwiches are the best anywhere!!!!

The "Jumbo popcorn chicken" literally had no chicken...Just fried batter. We ordered two orders of it too, waste of money. And seems like the worker had a lot of trouble hearing us and taking our order through the intercom.

Well the app said they were open and I made an order at just before 10... The stall as I came up said my order was there... The Google app says that they were open. They said they closed at 10P.m.... But everything else is 11 PM... Claiming it was Covid they started them lower... But here two years later they still haven't changed their app or otherwise? It took my money and I haven't gotten my food... Therefore I've been robbed. Been having problems with this place but just going downhill now
