Sonic Drive-In

I went through the drive thru at 3:15 today (Saturday). I was still waiting for my food at 3:50. I asked to speak to a manager but never had one come to my car so I just drove away! RIDICULOUS!

Sonic is a great go-to for drinks and tater tots. I have to exercise self control or I'd be here every day!!

We left without some of our food and returned to have it remade they knew who it was for when we got there and not only did they remake both meals, they included coupons for our next visit! I'm very appreciative because I've eaten at plenty of different sonic locations and they have never done as much to fix a mistake as this location

Ordered via app. Would not allow the stall # entered. Had to call to let them know our #. Corn dog not in order but a grilled cheese, called to let them know. They had to come get the grilled cheese prior to making corn dog. By then all food was cold. Order placed at 6 got order at 6:26. Sonic should not take that long.

Haven't had Sonic in a long time, but I just craved it the other day. I stopped in, got some popcorn chicken, mozzarella sticks, and chili cheese tater tots. Jazmine was the server who helped me in the drive thru she was courteous and super friendly. Food was good it hit the spot, and I washed it down with the classic cherry limeade.

Ordered one drink w no customers shit took 35 mins to make. Dont go shits ass lmfao & ion play abt my food

food took forever to come, the corn dog was cold and the cheese fries were cold and the cheese hardened because it was sitting out for so long, it was inedible, the diet coke tasted flat? and didn't have the vanilla syrup i requested and i said no ice and it had ice

Horrible food, ok shakes, long ass wait horrible service in general whoever the guy is on the speakers is just rude sounding. Waited very long for one meal just for it to have a long ass black hair in it??? Couldn't even eat it had to give to the dogs .

I Don't know if there's only new people working or if a bunch of people quit at once but service absolutely sucks. We ordered through the mobile app, put in the stall number, & as soon as our name popped up on The screen, it disappeared. They're immediately pushing the "your food is on its way!" Button and spending over 45 minutes for ONE drink. We had to push the button to alert them about our items 3x. The people keep walking back and forth with food in their hands going to every car asking if that was their food. Gave this place more than a few chances.. never going to come back to this location ever again.

Generally foods okay, but when i get a craving for french toast sticks i will risk being late because they've always opened at 645, not 630 like their google page says. today i show up at 645 and am told they don't open until 700. google still says 630. honor your posted hours or change them ‍
