I'd give it less if I could:1. Rude. Just poor customer service. From not verifying my order or total when I get to the window and just taking my money. No greeting, nothing. 2. My simple order: 2 strawberry mini milshakes and a small sprite cranberry with no ice. NO PART of my order was right. Sprite cranberry had ice and she seemed annoyed that I asked her to remake it. My two strawberry milkshakes are really vanilla milkshakes with a little strawberry and ice flakes thrown in. 3. I came during happy hour and didn't get happy hour pricing on my sprite. This was all so disappointing. Come on sonic please do better! I expect more!

Honestly the worst service i've ever had ive been here for an hour and we had to go to TWO not one but TWO carhops one of which was broken the other they didn't even acknowledge so we decided to go through the drive thru a man said just a minute we waited for 15 decided to go up to the window they said the "power went out" it's sunny... so the guy took our order And COULDNT EVEN DO THAT we had to repeat ourselves at least five times and now we are sitting here for even longer to wait for our food this is the worst sonic service i've EVER had and i've lived in the neighborhood for years!Update 12:41 and we still haven't gotten anythingUpdate 12:57: finally got our food after forever

tater tots were beyond their prime. sandwich bun was burned. tried to pass off a junior sized sandwich as a regular sized sandwich. The other sandwich was so over cooked, it couldn't be eaten. first of all they double charged my card I told them about it they proceeded to tell me they couldn't. days later I still have two charges.
